+ -1 moreSeacoast was punctual and quickly diagnosed the problem and treated it within 30 minutes. The procedure was explained clearly and the rep. was friendly and knowledgable. Seacoast is a long-time local business with a good reputation which, in my case, proved to be well deserved.
Description of Work: Seacoast spot treated a termite infestation. in an interior ceiling board.

Description of Work: Surveyed house and property for termites and dry rot. Recommended dry rot repair service. Fumigated the house. Provided necessary clearances. Everything was done very professionslly and pleasantly. Charges for work were reasonable. I would recommend them to others seeking termite inspection and treatment.

+ -1 moreIN ADDITION TO SEACOAST, WE HAD 2 OTHER COMPANIES INSPECT OUR PROPERTY. ALL 3 GAVE US ESTIMATES FOR TENTING FOR AIRBORNE TERMITES AND APPLYING LOCAL TREATMENT FOR SUBTERRANEAN TERMITES, AT PRICES RANGING BETWEEN $1980 AND $2460. BUT BOB AT SEACOAST WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO TOLD US THAT HE DID NOT SEE MUCH EVIDENCE OF ACTIVE INFESTATION AND DID NOT THINK THAT TREATMENT WAS NECESSARY. HE WAS ALSO THE ONLY INSPECTOR WHO ACTUALLY WENT INTO THE CRAWL SPACE UNDER OUR HOUSE TO COMPLETE HIS INSPECTION. WE APPRECIATED HIS OBVIOUS COMPETENCE AND HONESTY, AND WE WERE ENTIRELY COMFORTABLE WITH HIS MODEST INSPECTION FEE EVEN THOUGH THE OTHER COMPANIES DID NOT CHARGE US FOR THEIR INSPECTION.
