San Diego Home Remodeling

This provider took over 4 weeks to complete this project (we were told it would take two weeks). They took out the dry wall and left a big mess. They did not clean up what was behind the dry wall. All of the debri was left behind (cobwebs, dust, old dry wall, etc.). There were many problems with this provider. They did not clean up after themselves, left broken tile on floor. When moving toilet, he left a rag in the sewage pipe and when they pulled the rag out and threw it in the hallway. That is very danagerous as this had been in the sewage pipe. They were scratches the brand new tub that we purchased by leaving tools in it. I felt like the workers that were coming to the house were not professional. They did not speak English, could not understand what needed to be done. They did not caulk behind the frame work, did not install towel bars corrently, didn't prep the walls appropriately. Did not use high quality products. They did not sand the trim before they put it in and you can see the jagged edges. Purchased a new light fixture. They did not pre-cut the holes for it. Overall, the quality of this service was very bad. When they put the tile in the bathroom, they didn't pre-cut the area that you put the water fauset. It is no where near the center of the shower. Way off line.

Stark Development started my project on time and finished a day ahead of schedule. The workers cleaned up and removed all debris at the end of the work day. I was very pleased with the progress of the job and the final completed project.

Everything went very smoothly. We stayed in the house while they did the remodeling and it was not a problem for us. They cleaned up after each day of work. This is the second time we used their services.
