They never contacted me

We have done several small projects in our house about 10 years ago with different companies and were consistently dissatisfied with the contractors. When we wanted to do a full house remodel this time we decided to go with Precision and boy were we happy with the decision!! Starting from the architect visit and design process, the team at Precision Home Design & Remodeling took us step by step. From plans and permits, to picking tiles and 3d rendering (that was free as part of a promotion they had…yay!!!) of the designs which helped us understand the cost implications of each decision as well as a great way to know how things would look after it's all done The entire project took 6 months as promised and we stayed within our originally stated budget. The things we absolutely loved about the team at Precision Home Design & Remodeling, is the fact they were honest and told us about common pitfalls along the ways before they happened, so we can understand better what we are getting into with every little detail, from the place of the kitchen island to the color we picked for the walls at the end. My wife and I cannot stop hosting folks at our new place as it feels we moved to an entirely new house!!! When it comes to contractors, do not compromise, go with people you trust will do the job right the first time! These guys nailed it! "As good as it gets!" I wish I were able to give more than just 5 stars rating to this company. I've come across construction companies in the past, but the experience I've had with Precision is unparalleled. They show utmost professionalism on each level of interaction, from customer service, to communication, to end result. I truly believe I've had the best home remodeling company working on my room addition project. We started with the architectural plans, that took approx 10 weeks to approve. Measurements, drafts, suggestions were accurate the first time, and after the plans were approved by the City, we moved on with the project. Each day of work, I was getting a full report on the progress and/or issues that we were having. During the entire project we were constantly living in the house, and first I was worried when the work began. I didn't exactly know what to expect, but Steve, our project manager, was here every day, overseeing the process, and giving us a heads up a day in advance as to what to expect. My extra 490 sq.ft. master bedroom with bath came out absolutely incredible. The whole project was very smooth (obviously there were some problems along the way, but Steve handled everything and resolved the issues fast). Over all the project took almost 6 months, including the plans. I will not consider any other company for my future home improvement projects, except Precision Home Design & Remodeling. The name of the company speaks for itself! Steve and the whole crew have not just my gratitude, but that of my whole family as well.
