We recently sold our Condo in Fashion Valley thanks to Phillip everything the process was so much easier then we could have expected. A lot of the worries we had about selling our home were all addressed and the experience that Phillip had really made us feel comfortable knowing that we would be taken care of throughout the process. His open house got us a solid offer on the first open house that Phillip hosted on our behalf. If you are looking for a honest and genuine agent that knows how to sell your home or help you purchase a new home Phillip is a great agent to choose. He is the most professional agent I have met and has connections in the area that will save you a lot of angst of finding HVAC repair, or Handymen.

Buying and selling property in San Diego is not for the timid or faint of heart! Phillip, as the agent who helped my wife and I through BOTH transactions showed heart, integrity, mindfulness, and grit throughout our journey together! He patiently explained what was happening and what needed to happen. He was very accommodating to our schedules. Phil was always very patient and willing to show us properties and to make time out of his busy schedule and being there even at open houses to help us ask the right questions. My brother and I were looking to buy a single family home in Clairemont as our first rental property. My brother did not reside in the San Diego Area and only met Phillip once during the initial process of picking out a home. Philip was well aware that once he flew into SD we were not going to have a lot of time. He spent half a day driving around to 7 different houses and printed all of the information on these homes for us. He was always well prepared and courteous to our time. I never felt that I was waiting on him; he was always prompt and ready to go. He always kept our best interest in mind and was so helpful in finding a house within our price range. He has a lot of knowledge of the area and within this industry. He had a person or a company recommended for every step of the way: home inspector, plumber, electrician; anyone you need Phillip knows a great person that will get the job done for you. Phillip was with us from start to finish. We found a house together and we closed the deal and even after all this, he is still calling and checking up on us and the house. He is truly invested and cares about the people he works with. I never felt that he was just pushing us to buy, just so that he could make a profit. Even now that we’ve purchased the house, I’m still calling Phillip for anything I need pertaining to the home and he is still as responsive and quick to communicate as he was when we met him. Phillip has successfully handled the sale of my condo in UTC. Phillip was great to work with as he has a lot of industry knowledge and kept me informed during the whole selling process. Where to even begin! Finding Phillip felt like finding a needle in a haystack. Being an OCD planner, I spoke to multiple realtors and no one was remotely as helpful or responsive as Phillip was from the start. I started working with Phillip 4 months before my actual move (from Miami, FL to San Diego). He was so patient with all of my OCD questions, and set me up with easy access to view listings as my apartment search/move date approached. When the time came to view listings, I was flying into San Diego the morning of our appointments. When my flight was 3 hours delayed, not only did Phillip reschedule ALL of our appointments to accommodate but picked me up from the airport so I wouldn't have to worry! Once I chose the listing, Phillip worked diligently to help finalize everything as quickly as possible and made sure that all of my requests were accommodated. All in all, I am beyond thankful to have found Phillip!! He will surely be the name I pass on to any friends/family looking for a new home and will be the only one I call when it comes time to move again. Thank you again Phillip, you are the best!!!

Where to start! I've known Phillip personally for a few years and choosing him as my agent when deciding to sell my Pacific Beach townhouse was a no-brainer. We just cannot say enough about Phil. It takes a special person to handle my families crazy antics. This was our second time working with Phil. We purchased a condo 2 years ago in North Park and had a fabulous experience. When we decided it was time to cut ties with our new place and find a new home, it didn't matter how many recommendation we got from other people, Phil was still our guy. We came back to him and have never been disappointed. Selling a home and buying a new one is always a stressful event, but having Phil as our realtor actually made the process go as smoothly as possible.
