My parents retired from the Air Force and ended up landing in San Diego 35 years ago. Growing up in a military family I have a high regard and respect for Military families moving to San Diego. Great! I ended up getting the home I love at a great price!
Description of Work: Gary Giffin was my realtor and was able to put me into a wonderful home that I am incredibly excited about! I had just been transfered from Florida to CA for my job and Gary provided incredible customer service! He always made himself available and worked around my schedule. We spent several months looking at various places. He was incredibly patient, exteremely knowledgeable and very organized! He was very effiencient and really knows the San Diego area. His insight and advice/expertise was very helpful. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone who is considering buying or selling real estate. He goes the extra mile at all times and is extremely customer focused. Thank you, Gary!! I love my new home!

Gary showed me many potential homes in the Clairemont area. He helped me go through the offer process on three houses, he was extremely helpful, as I was a bit nervous about the whole thing since it was my first home purchase. The best part was that Gary was consistent through the entire process from showing houses, emailing me properties, going through the offer process and explaining all the steps of the escrow process. He even helped out in making sure that my mortgage was moving along smoothly so that we would close on time.
Description of Work: I used Gary as my realtor for buying my first home. I used Gary's website extensively during my initial housing search: http://www.sandiegohomesold.com/ and found out about a lot of local listings. When I got serious about buying a house I gave Gary a call and he started showing me some properties. He was a great agent - very willing to show me houses in all the neighborhoods I was interested in. I had been a little nervous that he was just going to know about real estate in La Jolla, but I was happy to find out that he was knowledgeable about many San Diego neighborhoods. I was interested in houses in the Clairemont area and he found me many potential properties. I ended up buying a home through Gary and his professionalism didn't end at the offer, he helped extensively though the entire escrow process.
