 + -1 moreTHE JOB WAS QUITE WELL DONE, BUT THEIR MAINTAINENCE OF THE GARDEN IS A BIT HIT OR MISS. I HAVE TO VISIT THE RENTAL TO SEE THEIR WORKERS DO A GOOD JOB. WEEDS GREW THRU THE GROUND BECAUSE THE OLD SOD WAS NOT KILLED BEFORE MULCH WAS PUT ON TOP.
Description of Work: INSTALLED NEW SPRINKLER SYSTEM ON RENTAL PROPERTY. INSTALLED NEW FENCE AROUND THE PROPERTY. PUT IN NEW SOD BEHIND THE HOUSE. PUT IN DRY STREAM BED AND XERISCAPE PLANTING AT THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE.

Description of Work: CLEANED UP LARGE PLANTER BOX BY REMOVING OLD IVY GERANIUMS AND REPLANTING WITH DAY LILIES AND FLOWERING IVY. CREATED A BERM AND PLANTED DAY LILIES AND AGAPANTHAS TO ENHANCE POND AREA AND BRICKED IN THE EDGE TO MATCH OTHER LANDSCAPING ON THE PROPERTY. TRIMMED LARGE CORAL TREE.
