I hired him to remodel my dining room into a game room, with new lights, fans, a video projection system including a motorized screen, and all the in-wall wiring required. Abe did it all in four days and solved numerous unexpected problems along the way, such as when the ceiling fans I had picked out didn't work with the ceiling joists. In five minutes Abe found substitute fans that are beautiful and worked out better than the originals would have. Abe also supplied a very capable guy to restore, texture and paint the drywall and the results are gorgeous. Hire Abe and you won't be sorry."

"I highly recommend Contractor Adrian Lamb owner of Affordable Builders. I needed to find a contractor who could replace a mid-century bathtub/shower with a walk-in shower for my elderly parents and I needed the job completed as soon as possible. I contacted Adrian who graciously agreed to provide a quote on a Saturday morning. He was very professional and patient with our ideas and questions. He explained all options for our project and provided a quote including project scope later that same day. He also provided several different places to select the specific tile that my parents were looking for. The tile was selected. I notified Adrian who agreed to travel to two different locations to pick up the materials. The project started on the following Thursday as agreed at contract signing. Adrian was in constant communication responding to additional questions and providing updates. Project was completed in one week which is exactly what was promised. "We sing the contract; the contractor came and measured the concrete stairs and existing broken handrail, and we got quote sing the contracts paid deposit and they came to install it just to see that the handrail they ordered was too small. Then they went silent for 2 months. It is October and we sing contract in August, we finally got response that the contractor got busy with larger projects...This is very disrespectful and non professional behavior."

I do not have the words. Professional, Reliable, Considerate (of me and my home), Neat, Clean, Polite, Respectful, Cost Effective, Friendly, and Thorough come to mind. They called when they were on their way and actually arrived early which is generally unheard of. I was pleasantly surprised. What I thought was a small plumbing issue was in reality a much bigger problem. Jair ended up having to replace my toilets since the parts needed are no longer made/readily available. He also completed a couple other small tasks for me (electrical, etc). Even with all the extra work the total cost was still less than my usual plumber quoted for the small repair. Jair was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him and his company, Friends & Brothers!"
