Description of Work: Our huge old tree fell during a windstorm. We hired Crown Point Clippers to remove the tree and root ball. They did that very quickly and at half the price of the other bid we received

Description of Work: I called the company to come and give me a quote. They did not return my call. I called again, they made an appointment but did not show up!! I called again, they said they would get back to me but never did! Horrible customer service experience. I would never use them and suggest you remove them from Angie's List.

Description of Work: Crown Point Clippers was the only tree trimmer out of 6 businesses that I called that followed through and was very professional with great customer service. I would highly recommend this company to people. The owner even called me and gave me a very reasonable quote. The Tall Mexican fan tree that I had the company remove it Palm Fronds came out looking beautiful and they cleaned up all the whole area to look nice. Great Job!

Description of Work: Took out a tree and ground down the stump.

Description of Work: Trimmed and laced a large tree in front yard and cleaned up afterward. It went very well - they completed the job while I was at work.

Description of Work: Crown Point prepared an estimate for us which was very competitive with estimates from two other A rated tree services on Angie's list, and came in, trimmed six 40 foot tall eucalyptus trees and five 40 foot tall melaleuca trees, removed debris and left the place immaculate. The quality of the trimming and feathering job was superb. They took a significant amount off of the trees (like a "haircut") but left them looking healthy and attractive.

Description of Work: Called on a Sunday, answering service took my notes. I received a prompt call back on Sunday to say they would schedule me on Monday. Very good communication, great quote, clean service. Great guys. Highly recommended. Very professional. The trimmed three juniper trees in front of my house. Very well shaped and trimmed. Much lighter and still look beautiful.
