Grossly overpriced for installation of water heater. Charged two or three times a reasonable price for the installation of a water heater. Did not provide itemized cost breakdown of job. When I complained about this I got a general cost report of $1350 for the water heater, installation and disposal of old tank, $1730 for some flex lines, valves, drain pan, insulation, plus $175 for the city permit (including a $75 administration fee). The whole job took just two hours so labor can't be a big part. Job was done okay, but this outfit (phone number on sticker on the existing unit) is not to be trusted and should not be considered. My request for a refund was ignored (big surprise).
