We had not been looking forward to having this work done, as we had heard some real horror stories from friends who had taken this step with other companies over the years, but ProBuilders Express made it easy! Bob was great - he was responsive to all our texts, and personally followed our project from start to finish. The tradespeople he brought in were professional, courteous, and friendly, and their work was top-notch. Our bathroom addition turned out beautifully, and was completed well within the estimated timeframe. We highly recommend ProBuilders Express!

Bob is the best . Great work and finishes

Save your money, time, and stress. Find someone else. These guys are rarely onsite and rely on subcontractors to do the work. No-one knows what needs to be done, and they make many mistakes. They have a hard time finding subs so expect work to only be done 1-2 days a week. They made a mess with plumbing. Everything they touched leaked. They even routed hot water to my swimming pool faucet. The project has taken 3 times longer than the original completion date, and I am still waiting for people to show up to finish the work. It seems that they are not the same company as in 2018. Ask them for recent references or better yet ask them for my contact (PV remodeling project).

Things happen in construction, but Probuilders makes sure that anything is fixed and they do it with excellent customer service.

We haven't started construction yet but their rep has been great so far. Plans were completed quickly and we are ready to go to the city for approval already. Courteous, very thorough, and I love the fact that they give 10% of their profits to the charity of your choice.

They added on a den and did it for a reasonable cost. The sales team followed the project to the very end. They did everything and focused on customer service.

This company does everything and they are wonderful. Here when they say they will be and no time wasted on the job. So far there is no doubt in my mind that this is the company for us whatever we need accomplished. We have dealt with the Owner Mr Leon, Robert Burns who was extremely helpful and OC the Sales Manager always available when I had a question Julio the Foreman that we dealt with is tremendous, always here most days checking everything and the crews are a delight to work with. Next on our list is painting the inside of our house and guess who we will have to do it, Pr Providers of course.

Our house was damaged by a fire. I called Bob at Pro builders Express because he has done a room additions for us in 2009 and we were very pleased. Bob agreed to take on the challenge of completely restoring our house. Bob negotiated with our insurance agent to help us get a fair settlement. Bob's team got our home back to even a better condition as before the damage and in a timely manner. Recovering from a fire is difficult and Bob made the process of building our home a pleasing experience.

Signed the contract feb. For a 600 foot addition. Project would take about 8 weeks from start to finish. 6 months later, still waiting for the plans to get approved. In fairness, Robert has been terrific. He's very knowledgeable and has returned my calls in a timely manner. Same with OC. The problem is with the architect. He has been taking his time and has lied on several occasions when asked on the progress of the plans. He said he submitted plans on a certain date. When I followed up with the city 5 weeks later, it turns out he didn't submit plans until the day before I went to the city. That's 5 weeks. That's one of the several lies he has told about the progress of the plans. Even though the architect may not be a employee of pro build. he is representing the company and as a result is damaging the companies reputation.

There were communication problems from the very beginning, and once the job was 75% done, the whole project came to a halt. Requesting help from the sales contractor, he seemed powerless to do anything to help get the job done and would not help me to contact the owner. Extremely frustrated. Finish work showed a lack of attention to detail. We are pretty sure we will like the finished product, but losing hope that it will be finished by Pro Builders. We will probably have to hire another contractor to complete the job.

I did not hire Bob directly but I found him from Service Magic and introduced him to my tenant for remodeling the restroom for commercial purpose. Bob is very experienced. He helped to obtain city permit which wasn't an easy job. His price was very reasonable. Without him, my tenant and I would have no idea how to deal with city. He finished the job professionally. So glad to find him.

Good professional Bob helps us to overcome the permit applying problems. Their price is fair and schedule control is good. I apprreciate them.

They were responsive, friendly., efficient. And did good work. I will use them again.

probuilders remodeled two bathrooms for us. from start to finish they were excellent. they were easy to work with and professional in all aspects of the project. I highly recommend them and will use them again when we have our next project.

Pro-Builders are a pleasure to do business with! We appreciated the computer-based 3-D rendering of our new bathroom and complete printed estimate within 2 hours after arriving at our house. The project started fast and their crew was friendly, professional, on time and they cleaned up at the end of each day. The project was very competitvely priced and change orders were fair as well. The end result is gorgeous and we are totally satisfied. Highly recommended!
