+ -1 moreThey came out and put bait and jell down in different spots. They were great working around my schedule, and my husband was asleep and they quietly went in a sprayed certain areas. They were quick but thorough. They were very professional, very courteous, and they wore booties on their feet because I had just had my carpet cleaned.

Description of Work: Had a scheduled inspection for Saturday 2-7-15. No show from Lady Bugs. Called at 12 ;00 noon, apt. .was to be between 10:00am to noon. Got a recording "the office is open from 10:00am until 2:pm." I left a message and never got a returned call..

+ -1 moreHe was great. I panicked and he didn't have to do anything. He did show up on time and he was courteous. He was very nice. He said that I owed him nothing and he left. He's very responsive and very polite. I am very happy with him. For honesty, I would give him an A+.

We had gotten quotes from two other companies and this one was the most competitive and also, we felt the most honest in not pushing us to have more done than was necessary. Nice family business.

Description of Work: I've noticed signs of termites in my house and also had a long history of rats residing in my attic. I am a Whittier Chamber of Commerce member and Lady Bugs Pest Control is a member as well. I decided to give them a try and am very glad I did. The owner of the company personally came and evaluated my situation. He pointed out I have an unusual subterranean termites infestation and a severe rat problem (going back many years). The rat problem was treated several times by other pest control companies in the past, but did not succeed. The termite problem was treated a week later and so far no signs of the bugs. Besides, they gave me a year warranty. The rat problem is still being worked on and by the way they do it, I am confident it will be successful. All the employees of the company are very professional, show up on time and explain what is being done and what else needs to be done to get the job done right.
