He brings books of fabrics to your home and notices other furniture and paint color to make sure everything is going to blend and look great together. Jonathan Kim is unique. If I am any example, he care about his customers. Specifically, he goes out of his way to provide excellent service. I had a chair that need upholstery repair. I offered to bring it to his shop, but he insisted on coming out to my house to inspect the item. Seeing it, he realized that it would, indeed, need to go to his shop for the work. He took the item. I expected that it would be at least several weeks before I would get it back. In fact, he returned it in three days -- good as new. And for an extremely reasonable price. He's honest, gives great value for the money, and I would recommend him without hesitation.
