Very prompt and service orientated

Jonathan responded right away, was very responsive, his quote was middle of the road, but the craftsmanship was superb! He picked up and re-delivered our sofa himself and was always right on time!

It took a little longer than anticipated. But the quality was excellent. He even rebuilt the platform on the bottom of the chair so it wouldn't wobble. Jonathan is kind understanding man who listened to what I wanted and had good suggestions. I am very pleased with his work. I would recommend his company to any one!

The customer service was amazing. Jonathan Kim came to me to give an estimate. He worked with my crazy schedule as he picked up and delivered my furniture being reupholstered. He also recovered my loveseat and another chair seats. He helped keep my office from looking like a grandma worked there by his design suggestions. Beautiful job on everything. .. as well as another side project I had wanted to do and he graciously did for me.
