Description of Work: It was a terrible experience and years later I had to pay another roofer to redo the job because of the quality of his workmanship. We always had leaks whenever it rained.

+ 0 moreWe set up an appointment and he didn't show up. Did not receive any call. Call him 2 additional times over the next week. Never got a return call.
Description of Work: Needed drains cleaned and facing boards replaced, possible repair of leak in roof.

+ -1 moreA wonderful company to work with. The owner did my work which was great. Honest and dependable.
Description of Work: I needed some roof repair and a couple of spots resealed. I was told that I needed new ridge caps or I would have leaking. When this company came he told me they were fine and saved me a few hundred dollars by just doing some repairs. I am sure other companies would have done the work whether it needed it or not. I was so taken by his honesty I even tipped him for his time and would recommend them any time. The owner did the work, was prompt and professional.

+ 0 moreThe owner was Doug and he stayed in touch with me every day. I was very happy. We talked over the phone or in person. The cleanup crew did an excellent job cleaning up everything. He did everything just as he said he would and was right on schedule. It was a painless process. I got four quotes and he was probably the second lowest of them.
Description of Work: Hacienda Roofing did my roof this week. They removed the old roof, put down radiant barrier, plywood, put on a new composite, replaced several rafters, replaced fascia boards and put in then put the composite shingle roof with vent and flashing.
