+ -1 moreTHEY GOT IN THE ATTIC AND CHECKED ALL OF THE BASEBOARDS, WINDOWS, AND THE GARAGE. THEY SPRAYED AROUND THE HOUSE FOR ANTS AND BUGS. I'M GOING TO GIVE THEM A B FOR QUALITY.

+ -1 moreOVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF NOT BEING ABLE TO WASH FOR A FEW DAYS. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS ASKED AND EXPLAINED WHAT COULD HAVE CAUSED THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: SINK AND WASHING MACHINE OVERFLOWED. AFTER TRYING TO FIX IT OURSELVES CALLED GUARANTEE TERMITE CONTROL, THEY RAN A SNAKE IN THE DRAIN AND UNSTOPPED THE PIPE.
