Description of Work: I'm a general contractor and have subcontracted Chris of Fiber Coat Deck Co. since the late 90's on numerous balcony repair jobs I've been hired to maintain/repair due to dry rot all with a high success rate.

+ -1 moreSmooth, quick and easy. Made a call and next thing you know a week later the process was starting. Just in time for friends and family coming over on Christmas.
Description of Work: I recently needed new flooring to make our balcony more aesthetically pleasing after our pets had their fun. Not only did it give my balcony a whole new look it made it come alive again. So glad we decided to get this done.

+ 1 moreI had not done the deck in almost 10 yrs, along with my garage flooring, so they were a bit of a mess. David was the most reasonably priced and the only local person in OC who does the epoxy and waterproofing. Everyone else was from LA or San Diego and wanted to charge way too much because of the drive they where making. The work David did was beautiful! He was on time, friendly, reliable, and completely honest and trustworthy with everything he did. He did exactly what he promised to do. He replaced the dry-rot and did a 5 step waterproofing system (I think that's what it's called). My deck looks so good that I actually want to go and use it again. I also needed to do my garage floor because it was cracking, he put on what is called epoxy for the floor and my husband loved it so much he plans on moving his "man cave" out there. I cannot thank him enough for everything that he did for me. I would defiantly recommend using Fiber-Coat Deck Co. to anyone looking for exceptional work!

+ 5 moreIt went really well my garage is now complete and it was well within my budget. I am a happy customer and i look forward to any future jobs that i might have.
Description of Work: My garage floor was horrible and I needed to refinish it. I wasn't sure where i should start so I needed some guidance I was calling a few places but none of the companies seemed to have the answers Until I called David from Fiber Coat. He came to my house and showed me some samples of different finishes and help me find a solution within my budget. They have a good portfolio and he really seemed to make me feel comfortable with helping me get the job done.
