We inherited a beautiful Waterford chandelier, but the chain was too short for our ceiling. The chandler was 60 to 80 years old and was showing it's age. Eugene, from Expert Lamp Repair knew just what to do. He completely rewired the fixture, replacing the sockets and candle covers. He added new chain in the length desired and cleaned the crystal, even the inside of the hollow pieces. He really knows his stuff and he appreciated the beauty and value of our family heirloom. I would trust him with any light fixture of any kind. He had several beautiful chandeliers that he was working on. I highly recommend this business!

I had a hand blown glass lamp that had been sitting in the garage for years because it needed a new socket and re-wiring. I needed a new lamp for the living room and went window shopping online. I did not find anything that was equal to the quality of the lamp I already had for a price that I was willing to pay. I found Expert Lamp Repair on Angie's List and took it in to see how much it would cost to do the repairs. I met Eugene and he gave me a price of $38.00. $38.00 For $38.00 he took it apart and cleaned the inside and replaced the cord and put in a new 3 way socket. He did all of this with a 24 hour turn around. The lamp was absolutely beautiful; it looks brand new. A new lampshade makes it a stand out in my living room. Eugene is a sweetheart and very knowledgeable when it comes to lamps and antiques, and he has some amazing pieces for sale in his shop. I just dropped off a very valuable antique lamp for Eugene to restore and I know that it will look fabulous. I cannot recommend Expert Lamp Repair enough.

They rewired an old lamp that worked great for the shower. They rewired a socket in a stain glass lamp in our kitchen, also. I have another old ruby glass lamp that he is replacing the socket, as well. They do great work and do many kinds of jobs (e.g. recovering, replacement glass, rewiring, and custom lamp shades). Their shop is nice and neat to look in if you like antiques and nice lamps.
