 + -1 moreMr. Collins was professional, prompt and stayed within the price quote. He is qualified for commercial, industrial, residential, and land appraisals. His prices quoted were competitive with other quotes.
Description of Work: I wanted an appraisal to determine market value of a home for the trust due to a death. The appraisal was completed within a week. Included were photos, maps, a narrative report that complied with IRS standards.
