+ -1 moreTHERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH CARPET COMING UNDONE AT STAIRS WHICH THEY TRIED TO GLUE. IT DIDN'T WORK AND WE HAD TROUBLE GETTING THEM TO COME BACK OUT. PLUS THEY WERE KIND OF RUDE AND UNWILLING TO COME.
