Description of Work: They painted our entire townhouse (inside) including walls with rounded corners and various alcoves. We painted several different colors throughout the house and a couple of different paint types based on location. The workers were there on time every day, worked hard, did a great job, and finished in the time they said they would. | |Everything about the experience was great! The initial consultation took only 30 minutes (whereas other over priced contractors wasted 2-3 hours of our time trying to convince us to use their overpriced services) and once it was time to do the painting they hit the ground running. The workers are also friendly and pleasant to have around the house and look to take pride in their jobs. The result was a great paint job for a reasonable price. Will most definitely use them again in the future!

Description of Work: Entire interior of house was painted. Some of the window frames were very tricky and they did an OK job, but I would have liked it slightly better with even more attention to the details. Overall great job though.

Description of Work: James and his crew are extremely punctual, professional and accommodating. The work went smoothly and any requests I made were met with a "we can do that for you." I am not one to write reviews, but in this case, I felt it was deserved.

Description of Work: They did exterior paint. amazing, amazing amazing! Can't say enough good things about them!!!! Would highly recommend them to everyone. Not only did they do a fantastic job but they were extremely professional and caring. Hands down. Trust me, you want these guys doing your paint job. Chin ( hope I spelled his name right) went above and beyond and was so patient with me while picking my paint colors. He went out of his way to get extra samples of colors after he saw that I was second guessing my original color. The attention to detail was outstanding!

Description of Work: We hired House Painting, Inc. to sand, primer, prep, and paint the trim and railing around our house and front porch, and the railing, posts, steps and flooring of the back deck. They provided pictures of the finished work, which looked good. Only the test of time will reveal if the job was truly done correctly. But they stand behind their work and were quick to respond to my questions about the job. Easy to reach and easy to talk to.

Description of Work: Excellent job. They painted all the wood including carport and siding, as well as the back patio cover which is approximately 18 ft. by 50 ft. They covered everything, and helped me put new handles and knobs on the carport cabinets. I would definitely use them again.

It was so pleasant to know that the workers would arrive and leave on time daily and also leave everything perfectly picked up. They were fast, efficient, professional, and trustworthy. We certainly would use this company again.

Description of Work: I had them paint my kitchen and laundry room, walls and ceilings. Some of the walls areas were bright red so they required two coats. The remainder was white. The workers were polite and anticipated my concerns as the job progressed. They did an excellent job particularly at where the red met the white

Description of Work: Initially I chose this painting company because of the positive reviews listed on this site. I made an appointment and Mr. Lee was punctual, honest and upfront about the job. I had a good feeling when he left and confident he could complete the work in a timely manner. About 2-months later I called the company to set up a start date. I left a message to have someone call on an answering service. Never heard from him, or from a representative. I called again an spoke with a woman who gave me a tentative start date, cautioning Mr. Lee would call me to confirm the start date. Mr. Lee called a couple of days before the start date telling me he could not start the job. I asked him when he would be able to start and he told me he would have to check his schedule and call me back. I never heard from Mr. Lee. I called several days later and was told there had been some scheduling problems and that Mr. Lee would call me to re-schedule. That was several days ago. I hope this is an isolated incident.

Description of Work: We had all the wood trim and siding painted two years ago, but more recently had a new roof put on in September and many of the eaves and facia boards had to be replaced. House Painting did an excellent job of preparation and blending with the old paint job that was done two years ago. We are very pleased with their work and recommend them highly.

Description of Work: James Lee called me back within five minutes of my contacting him through Angies List. The next day James came to my home and gave me a estimate. I have never seen such care in preparing my home to be painted...Mr. Nam, my painter, took and entire day just to protect everything. The workers were prompt, honest, and precise in their work. My new home looks phenomenal and i would recommend them to anyone who wants perfection. Thanks

Description of Work: Arrived on time. Removed their shoes. Very polite. Prep and primed upstairs bathroom. Laid disposable drop cloths in the entire area, Applied two coats of semi-gloss paint. Had me inspect their work along the way. Very neat and finished the job on time.
