It looks like a completely new house! I can not believe how beautiful everything looks! Mr. Lee came to the house for an estimate the same day we called and his crew began working in less than a week. We picked a custom color and there was no problem. As they cleaned, sanded and patched, they even fixed things we had long neglected, like bringing in a 6 foot two by four for our patio overhang. They did excellent work and provided excellent service!

Mr. Lee's workers were on time, polite and made sure the yard was neat and their materials were stacked together at the end of each day. The principal painter on the job tested 4 different shades of the paint on 3 sides of my house to be sure I was going to be happy with my color choice. The job took 5 days and the result was great.

They did a marvelous job. They were on time, I shopped around and they gave me the best price for the work, and they cleaned up after. They were courteous and just did a wonderful job.

They did sloppy painting around the windows, they needed to be scraped. There were many peeling or bubbled areas not scraped, and I had to ask them to scrape and repaint those areas. After I refused to pay, the work was fixed reasonably well.

Very impressed with how hard these three painters, led by Sang (''Sahng''), worked and how diligent they were. They were meticulous in their preparation and finish, even in the clean-up. Not just painting,they caulked and replaced old window ledge trim. They blasted open cracks, filled them and put a stucco finish on before painting. They were always on time with no gaps in the work period, working 8:15am to 5:00pm. They even painted in areas that didn't show. I thought the price was a little high, until I saw the work they did. Now I feel it was worth it, to get this kind of quality.

The staff was polite, professional, and on time. The work quality was very good. The price seemed high.

Mr. Lee was prompt, professional and loaded with pictures and references from past work. Mr. Oh and his two sons came on time, and were very friendly and hard working. They worked quickly, but showed attention to detail in preparing and painting the exterior, and were responsive to questions and requests. A very happy experience.

Mr. Lee gave us the estimate himself, on the spot. It was the best estimate we had received. Our house is a very tall two-story which needed a lot of scraping, prep work and paint. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very honest about what he could and couldn't do, in terms of fixing existing problems. His team was done in a matter of a few days and it looks amazing! They were very thorough which was important because our house was built in 1902.

They performed the work quickly and efficiently over the course of 1-week. Both the exterior of the house and detached garage were painted and the interior of the house with the exception of (2) rooms. Prep and clean-up were also done, with excellent standards, and the time and patience exhibited by the painters with respect to color matching of the existing colors was perfect.

Very good experience. Conscientious & attentive crew. Direct attention by the owner. Work was done expeditiously. A home occupant had to be present through most of the time work was done since access to windows & doors was required. Small crew of 2 could have used at least one more member especially for the prep work. This caused them to run over schedule by a couple of days. However, this was done without complaint. Small crew size also challenged their attention to detail. This required a little extra observation by the owners. Overall result was good.

The painters were very prompt every morning and even stayed late one evening. The estimator was very professional and came with lots of references. We were very pleased with outcome.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work. It took 5 days for them to finish, and they did it all on time. The quality was outstanding. I had a great deal of residual damage left from the 1994 earthquake, including cracks in the wall, and these painters did a superb job of repairing it all. My experience with House Painting Inc. is one of the few completely satisfactory ones I've had with service providers over the past few years. I highly recommend them.

We're absolutely delighted with the level of professionalism displayed from the initial sales call to the final clean-up. Our home looks 1000% better. Very impressed with Mr. Lee's workmen, very helpful and informative.

James the owner returned my call and came over same day for quote. Two guys started work 2 days later, and were finished 6 days after starting. Very nice people. They moved furniture, removed wall fixtures, covered and masked everything well before painting, and cleaned up after. Very good quality job. Good experience. I thought it expensive, but you can only get 2 out of ''good, fast, cheap.'' My wallet hurt, but I needed the work done fast, and this company delivered everything I asked for.

I CALLED THEM ON FRIDAY MORNING. THEY RETURNED THE CALL FRIDAY AFTERNOON, AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THAT EVENING. THE GENTLEMAN GAVE ME THE QUOTE, WHICH WAS VERY REASONABLE, AND I ACCEPTED. HE SAID THEY HAD A CREW AVAILABLE THE NEXT DAY. THE TWO PAINTERS ARRIVED PROMPTLY AT 8:30 SATURDAY MORNING, AND LEFT AT 4:30 AS PROMISED. THE JOB WAS DONE PERFECTLY, AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. I WISH EVERYTHING IN MY LIFE WORKED THIS EASILY!

THE JOB THEY DID WAS COMPLETELY SATISFACTORY. THE PEOPLE WERE ALL PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE AN HOUR LATE GETTING OUT HERE, BUT IT WASN'T SOMETHING THEY COULD HAVE CONTROLLED.

THEY CAME ON TIME, WHICH WAS REALLY NICE BECAUSE THEY COULD FINISH ON TIME. THEY DID IT FAST CAUSE ALL MY STUFF WAS PUT OF MY ROOM ALREADY SO ALL THEY HAD TO DO IT PAINT.

THE PAINTER HAD BEEN PRETTY MUCH ON TIME, AND HE HAD BROUGHT ALL THE MATERIALS HE NEEDED. HE DIDNT MAKE MANY MISTAKES, BUT OVERALL IT WAS PRETTY GOOD.

THE TWO MEN WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. WERE VERY NICE AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE OUTCOME WAS AMAZING!

THE PAINTER WAS ON TIME TO THE HOUSE. HE WAS VERY PATIENT SINCE THERE WERE FIVE OTHER HOUSES AND IT TOOK HIM ABOUT 2 DAYS.

THE COMPANY GAVE US A VERY REASONABLE PRICE WHICH INCLUDED ALL THAT WAS STATED ON THE AGREEMENT. THEY WERE DEPENDABLE, CLEAN AND NEAT. PREPARATIONS WERE DONE AS DESCRIBED AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

THE HOUSE PAINTING INC. DID A GOOD JOB OF PAINTING THE HOUSE AND KEEPING THE PAINT OFF OF THE TREES, BUSHES, THE WALK AREA AROUND THE HOUSE, ETC. THEY DESERVE A PAT ON THE BACK.

THE THREE MEN WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS. BEFORE HAND WE HAD DISCUSSED THE COLORING SO WHEN THEY CAME IN THEY GOT STARTED RIGHT AWAY. THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK ONLY A WEEK AND THE RESULTS WERE GREAT.

HE CAME ON TIME. HE WAS PUNCTUAL AND HE WAS EXCELLENT ON PRICE.
