The rooms look great and the quality of work was wonderful. The rooms were completed in the time they quoted me and the price was exactly as they said. The only problem was with a language barrier which at times made things little confusing. There were also some small tedious things I had to put back such as door stoppers but overall they did a great job.

In the end, great work. Mr. Lee was extremely professional and thorough, provided a written estimate on the spot followed by a more formal contract. His punctuality was appreciated as was his follow-up. He told me he would not be the lowest estimate but made clear his references and that he used a professional, not day-labor crew. When the crew "finished", in fact, some promised work was not completed and there was some less than perfect work done on trim which had not been adequately prepared/ sanded. The gates weren't done and nor was the wood patio furniture, included in the agreement. Mr. Lee was immediately responsive and came to the house with the original crew who spent additional time, doing what was necessary to bring the work to Mr. Lee's standards and mine. That involved Saturday and Sunday which I had not expected, but Mr. Lee did. The finished work is beautifully done. I knew Mr. Lee would deliver (but they still missed a small fence attached to the house).

Service was great! They were very efficient and seem to be trustworthy people. Quality of work was good!

They did a wonderful job. They used drop cloths over the lawn and landscape, they cleaned up after themselves, all the sanding and prep work was done properly. We supplied our own paint. It was definitely worth the price we paid. The owner came out himself with a portfolio of previous jobs and all his insurance paperwork handy. This is a very competent company.

They did a highly satisfactory job. They were ready with one day's notice and completed the job within the alloted time frame (4 days.) The quality of the work they did was completely acceptable.

Very well. The crew finished the job within a week. They were hard working, arrived early and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. The stucco needed a lot of small patchwork, which the crew did well. The paint was applied evenly and cleanly. I sought three or four bids, and Mr. Lee's was the middle bid. His references were excellent and I was able to drive by several of them in my neighborhood before I chose him to do my project.

They used the kind of paint we wanted and they were on time, very neat and polite.

They did an absolutely fantastic job and were very clean. They came on time. I have an older home with red wood siding and they took special care of it. They really were so professional and detailed every step of the way.

Mr. Lee's team, led by Andrew, were utterly professional and paid attention to every detail. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up after themselves when they left. The home was pressure washed, primed, sanded as necessary and prepped very well. The job took a little longer than anticipated due to some unique structural elements of the home (with the bars it was difficult to paint the windows quickly). But through it all Andrew and team moved quickly despite a heat wave. When they finished, the house looked amazing. I would use them again and suggest them to anyone without hesitation.

Work was performed well and promptly. Care was taken to protect floors, rugs and furniture. Details received close attention, including windows re caulked, window stools refurbished and a variety of holes in walls repaired.

Mr. Lee was prompt and gave me a price on the initial visit. He answered all my questions, provided references and proof of insurance. The painting team of CJ and John arrived promptly every day, worked hard and were pleasant and efficient.

James was very responsive, his crew is very professional, thorough and they did a great paint job. They cleaned up after themselves. One even came back on a Sunday to finish one last detail.

We already had James do the interior of our house, and during our remodeling, we were considering the kitchen cabinets, but set that aside for other things. After the paint job though, the cabinets really needed some work, and we knew from our previous experience with James, that he could do a good job again. We were thinking about replacing them, but from previous quotes we knew that it would cost $7000-12000. James suggested that resurfacing was a better investment, and showed different samples of what it would look like. In the end, we saved so much money, at least $6000 worth! I am so glad I went with House Painting Inc. on this job as well. Two workers came for three days, and they carefully sanded down parts, stained certain areas, and it became almost like new, I couldn't believe it. I'm sure he could have given a higher quote, but he chose to give an honest opinion, and there's no doubt he works even harder for returning customers.

After reading all these reports, we were eager to try out this company. We needed a complete job of painting the interior of the house after some remodeling, so we called James and scheduled an appointment the next day. He came on time, and gave a complete estimate for the job. He was really cooperative with selecting the paint colors, he put up 10 different possible test colors on the wall before we started painting to make sure we would be happy with the finished work! It's fantastic! The crew did a very meticulous job, and was courteous and knowledgeable about what they were doing. The preparation was great. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Lee was very prompt in responding to my phone call for a quote. He was very personable, professional, and gave me a reasonable price. The team who came out, lead by Andrew and were punctual each day, finishing the project in five days. They cleaned up each day, and the paint job was great! I feel like I have a brand new house!

I am very pleased with the work they did. They showed up on time each day, everyone was very nice and professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day and worked very quickly. The did an excellent job painting and helping me pick out colors and the correct paint/stain for the surface of my house. There were never any concerns or problems. My call was returned at once and an appointment set for that day with James Lee. The work took 10 days, crew showed up promptly, and was very meticulous. James Lee stopped by to check up on things.

James Lee came to the house and gave a very reasonable estimate. He was extremely nice. There was a mix up and they were a couple of hours late from the scheduled appointment. They wanted to come the next day, but I had prior commitments. The workers who came to the house were friendly and efficient. The work was done in one day. I would highly recommend their services without hesitation. I would definitely use them again for future work.

The painting crew of three (father and two sons) were very respectful, clean and worked hard for nine days, absolutely great. There was an issue with scheduling when they did not show up on the day set, but I think it was the fault of the office girl calling but not leaving a message about the date setback. There was an accident with the Direct-TV line being cut when they tore down the vines on side of house, but luckily the Direct-TV guys were able to come the next day to repair. Overall, it took approximately 3 days to prep and powerwash the house, and 6 days to paint the walls and trim. Although the company usually use Dunn Edwards paint, they were very understanding and did not charge me extra when I insisted on a specific color from Benjamin Moore. Also, I was indecisive about my trim color but the crew was very patient and worked around that until I could tell them which color I liked! The House Painting crew did a great job!

James Lee was terrific. He answered all my questions without me having to think what they were. He showed up when he said he would. He gave me a bid. We agreed they would start the very next week, and they did. Two men showed up on Monday. They were quick, efficient, very polite, and did an absolutely lovely job.

The crew headed by Song arrived on time and aimed to please, from start to finish. The entire job took 9 days, and since I live on the premises, I could see what was going on. If I was unhappy about anything, they made it right. I invite anyone to come over and look at the bldg. It truly looks great, and I have had many compliments on it. They did not skimp on paint or anything. They just aimed to please. This appears to be Mr. Lee's motto. The price was right. I can only give kudos for a job well done.

I called the number given. A female answered. I asked her if they painted four story buildings, she said yes and set up an appointment. The morning of the afternoon appointment the female called and said the painter needed to change the appointment. Made another appointment one week later. Painter called the morning of the appointment, asked how big the building was and said he couldn't paint a building that big. I am annoyed because I could have called several other painters in the meantime. He left me hanging for over a week. Very disappointing.

Andy and his helper were punctual, professional and quiet as mice. They masked off neatly, kept the dust to a minimum, and did a good paint job. They gave the same exact bid as Brothers Co. but they used two guys instead of one and so they were able to get it done in half the time, which they did. I was also pleasantly surprised that they worked through Labor Day weekend. I'd use them again for sure.
