I couldn't be more pleased with this painting service. They did gorgeous work at a reasonable prices and were prompt and completed the work flawlessly without excuses or delays. They are the best painters I have ever worked with. They took a lot of care to match my colors and wouldn't begin work until I was completely satisfied with the paint tests. The crew was polite, professional and did a marvelous job prepping and restoring my home. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

We called House Painting a number of months ago. A written bid was made for painting the interior of our home which was built in 1905. We were unable to start the work when we planned, when we did call back to start - the price quoted was honored.lThe team showed up on time , covered all sensitive areas, being very careful with anything that needed to be moved. This was a 4 day job that turned into 4 1/2 days as we added several areas after the start, including the a new (primed) white picket fence. All the 'little' things we asked were taken care of without any issues. The quality of the job was excellent. I did not put a cost of service as painting is very individual, comparisons imo mean little. For some reason this review is showing under exterior painting - it was largely interior work.

My favorite contractor ever! They are pure professionals. Respectful, clean, skilled, masters of the craft. I can't say enough good things about them. I will miss John, John, and Kim. Came to really enjoy their presence for a week. No one better.

Things went well from the beginning: Mr. Lee was there even before I got there and gave me a quick quote. He explained everything that needed to be done from the prep work to choosing the color of the paint. He was very professional and had lots of positive reviews. It took a while for me to determine a date to start but Mr. Lee was very patient; he never pressured me to act. His crew, which included his sons, were very professional and arrived ready to go. Everything went smoothly, exactly as Mr. Lee said it would. They worked very hard as there was much work to be done. Mr. Lee and his sons were out there all week, working hard, sanding and prepping the house and cleaning it with water before any paint was applied. They did an extremely thorough job, filling in cracks and sanding the rough wood surfaces. I've seen houses being painted here and there but I've never noticed anyone actually prepping a house to paint like Mr. Lee and his sons. Before any paint was applied I got to choose from a range of colors and since Mr. Lee didn't have those particular colors on hand he actually made a special (and rather quick) trip to purchase the ones I had selected and applied a sample of each to the wall so I could see which one worked best. When the paint was finally applied to the house it looked dramatically different! It was quite nice! Even a neighbor strolling through took notice :) It was as if the house got the spa treatment: it was a brand new house (no exaggeration)! I would highly recommend Mr. Lee and House Painting to anyone interested in having their house painted: he is professional, thorough, hard-working and has the credentials to back up his expertise. He was responsive to concerns I had and patiently answered my questions of which there were many. He didn't just paint the house but really took care of the house and got it ready to be painted. I know that his work will last a long time. Should I have any painting needs in the future I will call him again.

The painter came on time, helped with color selection and did an excellent job of preparation and applying paint.

Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I try to use local companies if I can and this company was only a few blocks away. James came out the same day to give an estimate. I compared it to 3 different companies and they were definitely the most reasonable and they started the day after I gave the ok. The work took about 4 days and they did everything that was in the contract and even threw in refinishing the front door for free.

Set up appointment with Mr. James Lee to view house and receive bid. Mr. Lee arrived right on time and did an inspection of the exterior of the house. I received a bid by email approx. three hours later. Price was in the middle of the pack. Bid was very detailed and included all work that we had discussed during his inspection. I was impressed by his attention to detail compared to other contractors that I interviewed. I selected Mr. Lee's company and scheduled work to begin approx. two weeks later. Painter's arrived right on time on the appointed day and began to prep. house. They were very thorough, clean, and worked fast. Each day they arrived exactly on time, 08:30. Anytime I had a question or comment they were very responsive. All in all, could not have gone any better. I would definitely use this company again.

We love this company! Mr. Lee is fair, friendly, and always easy to work with! Initially we had a language barrier with one team, but the next team he sent, Jeff and Chris, and their father, we hope to have again, and again. They were THAT good. In fact, we have been using Mr. Lee for our business, and our own homes in the past ten years because there is no one better. Amazing job, follow through, and talent!!!

Mr James Lee, and David and the two to three man crew performed OUTSTANDING work, doing the 'extras' many times with minimal additional price - some with NO added cost! This is beyond discussion the best paint protection that this 1955 home has ever had - even when brand new! These attention-to-detail men, continually asked for and accepted input as well as had expert and obviously experienced advice; they seriously wanted to get everything right. The friendliness and professionalism and assurance of this customer's complete satisfaction instilled confidence to the point that this company has already been bragged about and recommended repeatedly. Only a lower cost {not a realistic expectation - indeed they were worth more than what we paid} - and a lifetime touch-up warranty {again not a realistic expectation, as wear and tear is life}, could improve this company and their work. We have more work ahead for them. They are praise worthy beyond rating systems!!! :)

Did a great job, not only what was quoted but additional items.

James showed up on time on the appointed day, to quote on painting the exterior of our home. He is a very pleasant man, while being very professional. He provided us with a very long list of satisfied customers, as well as a copy of his insurance coverage. He provided a notebook full of before and after pictures, as well as pictures of his happy crew. The quote came through on the same day, later in the afternoon. We had some questions, which were answered in a very timely manner by him personally. The only reason we used another company was some extra work we needed done that James could not provide. Otherwise, his quote was in line with others we received, and had it not been for that extra work, we would have used them. We would highly recommend House Painting Inc.

The crew was polite and very organized they painted the whole inside of the house in just a few days and the inside of the house now looks amazing. Were very happy we called this company they sure made us happy with the work they provided us. Maybe in the future we'll call them again maybe to paint the outside of the house still discussing if we want to though.

The crew was great! They were meticulous in the quality of their work. Each day they arrive on time. Unlike other contractors I have hired, while at my home they worked, no wasting time. They spent three days in prep alone and took the time to do a quality job. At the end of each day they cleaned up and they took away all trash. I can't say enough great things about my experience.

The job took about 5 days for a 1300 sq ft home and garage. They cleaned up afterwards and I couldn't even tell they had been there. I would recommend this company to anyone. Even my neighbor who is a contractor was very impressed with the hard work they did.

It looks great. We've used them for interior painting as well. I couldn't decide on a color so they prepared 6 samples and did portions of the house so I could pick my favorite. They show up on time, clean up every day, and are finished per their estimate.

THE BEST!!! This was my second time using Mr. Lee. I have an old house, and I've lived here 30 years. So needless to say I have hired many contractors and many painters. Mr. Lee and his team are by far the best painters I have ever hired. Furthermore, when compared to all contractors, not just painters, they are probably the most professional, hard working, reliable and honest group I have every hired. This was my second time hiring Mr. Lee, and I plan to hire him for more work in the near future.

The service I received was excellent. They responded immediately to my inquiry, then made an appointment to meet with me to get an estimate the very next day. My schedule changed and Mr. Lee accommodated easily. They started work the following week. Each day the crew arrived early (7:30) to get started. They were meticulous in the care they took with all my plants and covering over the windows inside my house so that the interior was not effected by blowing wood or paint. They gave me a limited range of colors to choose from -- but I was able to find what I wanted from what they gave me. Mr. Jun, the lead on the project, brought me samples of the colors I chose and painted them right on the house for me to make a final decision. He was very careful in documenting my choices so there were no mistakes. The crew was the same every day. They were all respectful and friendly, even to my yapping dog. They cleaned up after themselves daily as well, so that other than one night (when they had to leave the plastic up on the windows and it was boiling hot and I have no AC) I could have entertained at my house without anyone really knowing anything was going on outside. They spent three days sanding, prepping and priming, then two days painting. When there were some issues with paint on window frames that got closed before the paint was fully dry, they came over right away and fixed them, and have offered to come back any time I notice anything else (which I haven't so far). I have already recommended House Painting Inc to any friends and neighbors who ask -- and I am getting tons of compliments on how great my house looks. I would happily work with them again -- but I have a feeling it will be a long time before I need to do so!!

I was really impressed by this company. James came out about a day after my initial call and gave me an estimate on the spot. No nonsense. Direct and straightforward. He wasn't too warm and fuzzy so I wasn't sure how I'd do with his crew, but I was not disappointed. They spent most of 6 six days prepping, sanding, washing, painting and cleaning up. At the end of each day you wouldn't even know they were there. We had Andrew and his crew and I loved them. Non-intrusive, professional, showed up every day on time, asked for my input when needed and left me alone (I work at home) when not. Even though they did a little extra work for me (like painting my garage door to match the trim) they didn't charge me any more than was quoted. I can't recommend them highly enough.

FABULOUS! The most professional service company I've ever dealt with. They were detail-oriented and did a top-quality job. It was important that the paint color match perfectly the current paint as the HOA has very strict guidelines. Have recommended his company to my neighbor and I'd definitely use him again.

Mr. Lee was very polite when providing an estimate and gave us no pressure to sign him up. He brought a great book of references and photos from past jobs. The crew showed up on time every day and did a fantastic job. We were particularly impressed with the fact that no paint was spilled or splatter on the ground or any plants. In addition the crew went beyond the original request and painted additional areas at no extra charge. We would definitely recommend House Painting Inc.

James Lee's crew did an excellent job! They were on time, diligent, cleaned up every day and got the work done quicker than they estimated. They came highly recommended, and I can see why. They were more expensive than my other bids, but they were worth it for the peace of mind and the meticulous work.

It went fantastic. The painting crew was hard working thorough, polite couteous and very professional. We are extremely private people but after meeting with the crew and seeing their work for a day we entrusted they key to our condo to them. They even did some extra things for us that weren't included in their contract. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.
