Outstanding Company!!! Highly recommend them! Used them to remove wallpaper and paint 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms recently. Not only were they on time each day (it took one week to do work), but they were neat and tidy with all of my furniture and carpets! I will definitely use their services again for future painting jobs and will not hesitate to refer them to my friends!!!

We just got a new home in Pacific Palisades and before we moved in we wanted to make sure that everything was at our liking. We called House Painting Inc having heard from them from friends and thought that these guys should provide us with excellent service. Luckily they did great they painted the entire inside of our new home at a fairly reasonable price. After a few days of work the guys were done and we loved how it all turned out great job by these guys now the house looks excellent.

House Painting Inc. is an extremely professional painting company which provides an excellent level of service at a very reasonable price. James Lee (the owner) is very responsive to e-mails and phone calls and treats you as if you are his only customer at the time. We had a tight and short period of time after escrow closed to get repairs and renovations done in the condo before we could move in, and the crew was able to start within a day after we received an estimate and accepted it. (James actually gave us the estimate during his first visit to the condo - there was no delay. He came prepared with all his insurance and license information and even gave us copies of that information up front without us even having to ask. He also brought a large notebook full of written recommendations and letters from past customers - very impressive!). The crew arrived on time (even a little early) and worked hard all day. James had told us that they pay special attention to prep work and was able to show us where it had not been done correctly by the previous owner's painter. The crew worked extremely hard and finished the job in 3 days. What a difference in the appearance of the condo and what a lift to my spirits! The painting was precise, clean and absolutely beautiful. The crew even returned a week later at our request after we had had a new floor and carpet installed to finish painting the baseboards. When we asked how much that would cost, they told us no charge. My husband gave them an additional payment anyway because it was certainly not our intention that they would do that extra work for free. James and his crew chief Scott were both very helpful to us in choosing the paint colors (they brought several samples and painted spots on the walls to show us how the various colors would look) and they left the premises absolutely spotless when they were finished. We now have our painters! We will definitely use them again for any painting or staining work we have in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks. They are awesome!

It went very well. They were punctual. They cleaned up well after themselves. They were polite. They did a very good job of painting. They were very thorough about covering areas not to be painted with plastic sheeting and tape. They matched the color well with the existing color, which is what I had asked them to do. They power-washed the lower part of the stucco on that side of the house at my request and at no additional charge. I was impressed that the lead painter, Johnny, told me that on the top of the patio cover, which has the most exposure to the sun and the rain, he spray painted a coat in one direction, then later spray painted a coat in a different direction, then applied a third coat with a roller. They completed it all in two days. The only negative things I can say is that there was a slight language barrier, which might bother some people, but did not bother me and the cost, which was exactly as estimated, was significantly higher than the other estimate I had received.

This company painted 2 bedrooms which are our kids bedrooms and they got it painted at the color of their choice just had to make sure it was just one solid color because one of my kids wanted multiple colors. We also got our dining room painted to try and bring this different vibe as we ate at the table. We thought about painting our bedroom as well but decided just to wait we were ok with the regular white. The painters were good they were careful great professionals at the end of the job they had the walls looking fabulous. Thanks a lot House Painting Inc maybe we'll decide to paint the rest of our house as well.

Great care was taken as regards to the plants, light fixtures, windows, and exterior patio furnishings; protect them from overspray. They arrived at 8:30am and were gone by 5:00pm every day of the project. I appreciated their extreme attention to neatness; Always clean. HOUSE PAINTING INC is the best!!!!

Painted just the bedrooms in our house in different colors they were great they were great professionals the rooms look awesome. There is no reason why I wouldn't call these guys up for a touch up in the house for the future thanks for the great work.

They carefully masked all windows, hardware on doors and trim along roof. They thoroughly scraped all stucco, wood trim, and power washed the stucco. Patched stucco where needed, then applied primer and two coats of final paint. Patched rotted wood on garden window before priming and applying two coats of final paint. Their attention to detail surprised and pleased me greatly. The lead painter, Sang You, communicated very well at each step along the way so that I always knew what to expect.

Amazing. The House Painting crew arrived right on time, were extremely polite , professional and efficient. the job took four days as estimated and the quality of work and attention to detail is second to none. The work was never done. The painter told me that he contacted "Angie's list sales department and that they fully supported him.

The job took a little longer than I previously anticipated but the job was done great we love how the how looks couldn't find anything wrong and they did it at a affordable price. We will definitely contact these guys again whenever we need a touch up in the house.

As advertised the job was performed on time and with terrific competence. The 3 man crew was professional and considerate. We were worried that they might cut corners since their bid was 50% lower than anyone else's. In the end it was a spectacular deal. I would recommend Mr. Lee's company to anyone.

they painted nearly the whole house and the finished job looks great the only thing that was not quite perfect was the price we thought it was a bit high but considering the great job they did we were fine paying the price.

The team was punctual, courteous and ran a tight, clean ship.

They asked to start the job early and also finished early. They cleaned up nightly and carefully prepped. They were pleasant and respectful and very easy to work with. They took responsibility when there was a minor problem. The house looks fresh and good. I'm impressed and recommend them. Linda

I had gotten estimates from 4 other painters and while House Painting Inc. wasn't the lowest they were certainly competitive in price and I felt they were better suited for the job I wanted done. The crew showed up right on time the first day and did a great job of prepping the house for power washing and sanding. All in all I believe it took them 4 days total to have the house prepped and painted. They are meticulous with details and cleanliness and I'm very happy with the final result.

We were extremely pleased first with the promptness of the crew. The meticulous attention to details and consulting with us on any questions regarding what we could expect. The preparation , sanding, power washing, covering of plants, etc. was exceptional. Many paint colors were tried before we found the one we wanted.We also had our deck and railings painted and again meticulous preparation and attention to all problems of wood, etc. The crew was as unobtrusive as possible, very polite and friendly. Same experience with the interior crew. Very accommodating to additional requests - always asking if I was pleased with result. Added bonus of free touchups anywhere in house. Will definitely use again and recommend.

We called House Painting Inc to paint the inside of our new house last month. They sent us a crew and they were great never gave us a problem painted the rooms the color we chose. It would end up taking them a few days but the finish product was a success the house looks great nothing to complain about thanks to these guys.

These guys were amazing. They gave me as many samples as I wanted to pick the right color. They were on time every day and went up and above the call of duty to make the house look amazing. They not only painted but also plastered and refaced the heavy water damage on our facad. We had bricks seperating from the front of the house and they used concrete to fix it. They did so much more than painting and were so maticulous. They cleaned up the site daily and were very respectful. Best of all when they completed we only paid what was in the original quote. I would recommend these guys 10x over. Superb!

Mr. Lee first came out and gave me an estimate and then was able to have a crew out in 2 days. They were terrific. Very courteous. They did a great job and were very meticulous. When they were finished, they put everything back exactly as they found it. Other than the new paint, you couldn't even tell they were there. I liked them so much, I hired them for some interior painting as well.

These guys were excellent. Always on time and hurried to finish early to accommodate our move in date. Their work was excellent and I would highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again.

Mr. Lee provided an estimate. Based on estimate and reviews I decided to engage his services, but asked him to review and sign a more detailed and specific contract. Mr. Lee and other painting contractors provide boiler plate contracts with minimal specifics. Apparently Mr. Lee objected to even review the revised contract, repeatedly ignored phone calls and emails, and finally told his office staff to tell me to look for someone else. Contractors should be more professional about the contracting process. A client should be allowed to included specific issues and expectations in a contract.

At first I was apprehensive at using Angie's List for hiring a painting crew, we all know that online services can promise everything and deliver nothing. With that said, I wholeheartedly endorse and will only use House Painting Inc. for any property in the future. I called the listed number and instantly a real-live person picked up and said the owner, Mr. James Lee, could be at my house to give an estimate within the hour. He was very prompt and professional, and while he may not be the cheapest painter in town, it will come back to you in spades. We worked with, Shin, and in the end we just want to take him and his crew all out to dinner and say thanks. In the past we have had very shady painting crews execute extremely poor results. Mr. James Lee quoted us one flat rate (on the same day he visited our home). At first we thought it was a bit pricey, but we didn't expect was that within this rate, no matter what calamities may occur, he will help. These are the main reason why YOU should hire House Painting Inc: 1. TRUSTWORTHY- we have many valuable objects in our house and a dog. From day one, we felt extremely comfortable with the crew and even gave Shin a key to access our house when needed. 2. ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Their's is something we have never seen after painting this house four times. 3. COMMUNICATION- The crew was always there when needed and always unobtrusive. They even took their own trash and threw it away somewhere else, they never used our bathroom and never complained about lack of parking. Every time they entered our house, they removed their shoes (even the owner) and placed surgical booties on to make sure they didn't track any dirt in our home. 4. ABOVE AND BEYOND- We hired them to paint our house on the exterior. They took the ball and ran with it. They would go to Home Depot and get new paint samples if we requested, fixed our leaking faucets, were at our house to guide the plumbers, mold inspectors, and even AC repair men when we weren't even there. Shin even entertained our dog while we were at work. Furthermore, Shin would come back, unpaid, to make sure the quality of the OTHER hired contractor's work was up to snuff. 5. OVERALL- There is a reason why Angie's List rates House Painting Inc. as NUMBER 1 in Los Angeles. You will feel confident that this is the best paint job you will ever witness .
