Didn't show up and never called to cancel or change appointment. Waited all day for him.
Description of Work: Chuck was very helpful on the phone but said he couldn't come out for 5 days. That was fine with me since I didn't have an emergency. He called on day 4 to set up a time frame for the next day. Again, very polite. However, he never showed up or even called to cancel. Not a word! I waited at home all day and now I need to find another plumber. Thank goodness it wasn't an emergency!

I like him very much and I have used him for about 16 years. He is reliable and is someone who will come in and get the job done. I will never have to worry about anything being done wrong. He has done everything from re-plumbing portions of my home to fixing drains. If it is very small, he will show my husband how to take care of it in the future. He is a very nice guy.
Description of Work: Charles H. Sanford Plumbing Inc came about two months ago to fix a leaky toilet in the new house that we bought.

The work went well. My overall experience with them was good. I would absolutely use them in future.
Description of Work: I used Charles H. Sanford Plumbing Inc approximately in February. They sneaked out all the drains and did everything from the roof.
