+ -1 moreEverything went very smoothly and according to plan. They made a house call to install the new computer, connected it to my printer and other peripherals and made sure we had a strong wifi signal in the house.
Description of Work: I used Earth Oasis to upgrade my 9 year old computer and expand the Wi-Fi throughout my house. They recommended a new desktop that I purchased. They then transferred all the data from my old computers and installed the new system.

+ -1 moreGreg came and spent a couple hours trying many different things (obviously knew what he was doing). Finally decided that the printer and the modem just "didn't like each other." He recommended that I go to Best Buy and purchase a different router, which I did. He returned a week later and installed the new router and reconfigured everything and now it works great! We're very pleased with the results. (In addition, he was fun to talk to.)
Description of Work: Our network printer wouldn't communicate with our new modem/router. Greg fixed it.
