Description of Work: Doug was knowledgeable and professional. He was responsive to my inquiries concerning home prices in the area but ultimately I elected to proceed with another realtor who advised the home I was selling was worth more in the "hot" Pasadena market, and thus was able to obtain a sale of the house for a price much higher than what Doug estimated.

He is a very awesome person. We looked at houses with someone else for 6 months, but he kept showing us places that we did not like. He in a short period of time, found the perfect house, so we highly recommend him.
