+ 0 moreSierra Tile and Granite did an overly excellent job! It was fantastic! The price was very reasonable and had actually come in as the lowest bid. The quality was excellent. He is very meticulous and is a perfectionist. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

+ 0 moreI got the telephone number from the yellow pages, left a message on the voice mail and Roger (the owner) called me back shortly. He came out to give us an estimate on both houses on Oct. 2, 2010, we accepted his proposal and he said he would be here at 7:00 AM on Monday morning, Oct 4, 2010. He and his employee worked 8 days including the weekend to get it finished for us. He had a very friendly, likeable attitude and wanted to do his work to your satisfaction. He never left a mess, each day after they finished they cleaned everything up.
Description of Work: OUR HOME: Removed previous ceramic tile, and hardybacker boards. Two layers of linoleum, etc to get to the subfloor. He put down some kind of adhesive then the hardybacker boards and screwed them down to the subfloor. Then he put the tile adhesive down and installed the tiles using spacers to keep the grout line even. The next morning he put the grout in. 7 days later he put the sealer on the grout. OUR RENTAL HOUSE: He did about the same thing at our rental house, except there was only one layer of linoleum to remove. Both houses have wood floors not cement.
