The guy came out here on a Friday and we thought he got the clog cleared and it was 170.00, 48 hours later it was very obvious the clog was not cleared, the service man came out again and did it again, almost a month later we receive a bill for another 170.00, just felt this was a little excessive although the service tech was very nice and professional.

They are usually pretty prompt in getting here. And I feel like they are competent in giving me a good answer in terms of what the problem is. I think their price is sort of high for what they do.

Went very well. I was very happy as they fixed everything I asked without complaint or cringes. Because they had pretty much scheduled the day, they were willing to do repairs to account for the time they were there and then charged me for extra parts needed. I definitely got the "hour" of work I paid for. I was very satisfied. I paid a fair price for the work I recieved.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS, AND WE KEEP USING THEM BECAUSE WE TRUST THEM SO MUCH. THEIR PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT THE QUALITY OF WORK IS WELL WORTH IT.

I DIDN'T LIKE HOW I HAD TO TELL THEM WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THEY WERE GOING TO DO SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I WOULD ONLY HIRE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THEY'RE THE ONLY PLUMBERS IN TOWN.

THE WORKER HAD COME IN AND DONE AND EXTREMELY GOOD JOB. I HAVE HIRED THIS COMPANY ON A REGULAR BASIS BECAUSE TO THE EXTREMELY GOOD PERFORMANCE THAT THEY DO. I AM ALWAYS VERY HAPPY WHEN WORKING WITH THEM.

I AM GLAD THAT I CHOSE THIS COMPANY TO TIGHTEN MY PIPES. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIVE. THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND FIXED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY.

WHEN I CALLED THEM, THEY WERE OUT WITHIN 15 MINUTES. HE WAS VERY CLEAN, THERE WAS NO MESS. I THOUGHT THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS.
