Andrew saved our A/C with his recommendations. We are very happy with our continued experiences and the prices are reasonable . Would not have another company or specialists work on or clean our air conditioner and other home needs. Since moving to the Central Valley jacks refrigeration has always assisted us in keeping our home and homes well maintained through our summers and winters. They treat us like family and have our best interests in mind. Andrew is well educated and informative. Our family cannot recommended anyone else except for this company and their specialist, Andrew. Very professional. came when they said they would, so far very satisfied

Fine. The previous year I spent about $600 to change the compressor in the ac unit. When the tech came to check the unit in the fall, he noticed that the compressor for the cooling was not working. I was surprised, being tit seemed to be working during the heat of the summer. Anyway, afterwards, I decided to replace the unit, since it was over 20 years old and wanted something more energy efficient. I did call them to give me an estimate on a replacement but didn't do the business with them, though they're in town. The date of the service above is approximate. I'd have to go back through the bills to find the exact date.

They were really courteous, very responsive, and didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. They could have done the complete opposite, because I sure wasn't going to crawl under there. They were very, very good. Then I actually went out and got 3 bids for installing the heat pump. They were one of the companies that bid and I got a little better deal from Sears, because I got a no interest for 12 months deal with them. The appointment was for 8:30 and they were there. I would absolutely consider using them in the future.

THEY HAD MY AIR CONDITIONER BACK UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME. THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. I THOUGHT THEY WERE A VERY PROFESSIONAL TEAM.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY POLITE AND GENTLEMEN LIKE. I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH WORKING WITH THEM. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND HAD CALLED ME BACK FOR CONFIRMATION OF MY APPOINTMENT.

JACK'S REFRIGERATION DID A GREAT JOB ON OUR DUCTS. THE AIR THAT COMES OUT OF THE UNIT IS CLEANER AND SMELLS BETTER NOW. I WAS REALLY SURPRISED AT HOW CHEAP IT WOULD BE. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
