Description of Work: Cleaning was very superficial. Grease around the range and on the microwave, cob webs on the ceiling, dust on window sills, all wall edge trimmings remained after the cleaning. Cleaner used own detergent, which dimmed the hardwood floor. Cleaner spent 7 hours mainly vacuuming the carpet, scrubbing some sinks and one tub, and folding hand towels, which were done well. During cleaning, the cleaner spent time on the phone chatting while cleaning. Service was disappointing.

+ -1 moreGyna cleaned with me for 10 hours one day to get our 2500 square foot house in shape. After I cleared away any unnecessary items from a room, she washed windows, cleaned window sills, wiped down baseboards and walls, dusted, vaccumed and mopped every room along with making sure that the room was ready to go when she closed the door (beds had clean sheets and were made, dressers cleared/neat). The job included 2 bathrooms and a fairly large kitchen. She worked the entire time and barely took a moment to eat her lunch. She was on-time, thoughtful and a nice person to be around. When I get to the point that I can afford to hire someone regularly, I will definitely be calling Gyna.
Description of Work: I needed someone to help clean my house after a couple of remodeling projects including refinishing some hardwood floors so there was a ton of dust. We were leaving town and renting out our home so I needed a good deep cleaning.

+ -1 moreGyna's great at keeping up with the routine cleaning, as well as being smart and self-motiviated about spotting the stuff that needs special attention from time to time. She's also cheerful at following up on special requests I make. Gyna's dependable, very rarely missing a scheduled date, especially not without planning ahead. She's also been flexible on those ocassional times when I've needed to reschedule at my end. She's trustworthy and careful with our delicate objects. No complaints!
Description of Work: Gyna's been cleaning our house biweekly for about 3 years now and I can't imagine what I'll do if she ever stops. She takes about 3-4 hours to clean our 1900-square foot home (less my home office, which I clean myself).
