It was excellent. Mold remediation is by it's nature destructive, as material needs to be removed to find and remove the mold. Whenever there was more than one way to accomplish a task, they sought my opinion and did it in a way to minimize the repair. When they were done they left the work area spotless. Other contractors should learn from these people. I hope I never need this sort of work again, but if I did, I would have no problem calling them back to do the work.

To my mind, the most important indicator of a good service provider is how they handle the relationship when things don't go as well as you hoped. Tahoe Mold & Water did a great job balancing our desire to be as cost-effective and efficient as possible, with educating us on what was really necessary to manage our issues.

Ned and his team came out very quickly. They helped me secure a plumber on short notice to verify the source of the leak. They put drying machines into our house, dried up the water and later had mold testing completed by a 3rd party to verify we were mold free. They worked directly with my insurance to handle the payment. They were extremely professional and responsive.

excellent response and effort. we were in NYC, got a call that a pipe had burst at our house in Truckee. Tahoe Mold was recommended to us by our realtor so we called them. they immediately began working on our house and their quick response minimized any mold damage, getting items out to be cleaned, reducing the loss of our personal belongings and insuring that we would be able to repair the damage. pictures were taken and provided.

They got the levels down to normal.

Tahoe Mold and Water promptly completed their inspections/testing and discussed results with us. They provided a detailed report with photographs and developed a remediation and preventative maintenance plan for us. Based on the excellent inspection service they provided, we engaged them for the remediation work which was performed well and completed on time and according to their schedule. It was a bit of a lengthy process, but most everything went according to plan in a situation that can be unpredictable, and all work that was promised was completed. Ned and crew were courteous, professional and easy to communicate with.

Excellent! We had a very large water incident in the house. Ned was able to come out and assess the property quickly and thoroughly. He went through the entire house. He also sent his report to our insurance company 's building consultant who then gave further directions to the original mediation company to open up more areas where more mold was found. Tahoe mold and water were incredibly responsive and professional. Due to continued discovery of the poor quality of our building, there were some surprises. Despite our house being a new house, things were not built to code like they were supposed to have been and therefore the living space and attic were not sealed and so when the mold remediation happened with the soda blasting, much of the soda was blasted into the house. Tahoe mold and water took care of this and sent our clothing to be professionally cleaned from a company that specialized in this work. They also took extra time to hepa vacuum the areas affected. For all this extra work they did not charge us anything and were very nice through the whole experience and this was not their fault but the fault of our house yet they were very professional and helped us out to make sure we were satisfied and that our mold problem was taken care of. Ned was also available for advice post project and quick to respond via email.
