"Hi-Tech Termite inspected a property five years ago, diagnosed drywood termites, selected a fumigation company, and got paid. Now we are preparing to sell the house and another pest inspection company found drywood termites in the same places. We asked Hi-Tech if there was anything they could do about it since their fume obviously didn't work. Leilani in the office said "Let me send our manager out to see what we can do." Benjamin Ortiz then went to the property and called to say that he thinks they have no responsibility because their warranty expired. Then he declared that he's going to write a whole new pest inspection with worse findings and bigger estimates for repairs and file it with the state and he did. So we have deep regret that we paid Hi-Tech for work a few years ago that obviously wasn't done well enough to prevent the same bugs in the same places, and even deeper regret that we asked them if they would stand behind the work. Diamond Certified? Not on this one."

"When Macys delivery guys found a few yellow bugs on my old mattresses they refused to haulaway and insisted I had bedbugs. I’ve never had bedbugs before so I immediately call this company to find out what to do. First thing they said was “let’s make sure they are bedbugs!” I assumed since Macys delivery guys see this everyday they knew what they talking about. Wrong! This company came out within 30 seconds of seeing my bed knew what they are; bedbugs and carpet beetles look alike. Difference is bedbugs aways leave blood stains behind on your mattress’s because they are little vampires feeding off living people while you sleep. Carpet beetle don’t because they don’t feed on you like bedbugs. They feed on dead skin on the floor. Big difference. Carpet beetles you just vacuum up and everyone has them in their homes. Bedbugs are much harder to get rid of and you most likely will need a professional company to exterminate. So glad this company did an inspection. And Macys was able to come back and take my old bed! Bottom line: don’t listen anyone but the experts. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is they were supposed to email me a report but never did."
