+ -1 moreI live out the area and I could not be there to oversee the work. I found Hamid on Angie's list and noted he had the highest rating. From the start, he was very responsive and answered all my emails and phone calls within an hour. I sent him a map of the property and he was able to find it even though there was no address marked. He even went to one of my neighbors to confirm that he had the right property. During the repairs, he kept me informed and even sent pictures (via google drop box!). At the end, he sent me a video of the fully functional gate. I could not have asked for a better handyman. I would use him again and highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Hamid repaired a fence and installed a new gate for my property that was damaged in the Rocky Creek Fire.

Description of Work: Hamid was prompt and courteous. There was a bit of confusion between what I was originally estimated and what he understood that I wanted to have done, but I accepted that it was a miscommunication. I had asked for three screen retractable screen doors to be installed and he quoted for two. |He did accidentally break an antique outdoor lamp shade, but he offered to pay for it. I opted not to charge him, since the job was more problematic than anticipated. All in all, Hamid is a responsive and competent professional.

+ -1 moreI have not found anyone who does the quality of work that Hamid does. Excellent work, values, work ethics, and customer service. He is the only handyman in Lake County that I can contact and he will be out to talk to me the same day. I will hire him again for other work that I have. He may be a little higher priced than some of the handyman but you get what you pay for.
Description of Work: Replace windows, replace siding and paint the mobile home.

+ 0 moreHe built me a beautiful carport and walkway. I have high winds so I asked him to make it really strong which he did. It turned out beautiful. It is really large and roofed with the same roofing as my house. The price was very reasonable and he got it done quickly.
Description of Work: He built a carport and wood walkway from the carport to my house. He also put in a oak wood floor in my living room with his cousin. He has done other jobs big and small for me, mostly gardening. He also did a fence for me around my garden. I have seen whole houses he built. He can do anything but electric. He is very sweet, helpful, reliable and he knows what he is doing. His prices are very reasonable.
