I love them. They were great. I referred them to my Dad and my sister. They had good prices. They were very thorough with everything. He showed me everything. I felt that he was trustworthy. My Dad is a contractor, and was able to speak the technical language with him. My Dad ended up having them come out to his house. They explained to me when to change the filters. They were very efficient. It was kind of expensive, but came with a warranty. I would use them again for sure. It was quality work. It was thorough. The price was reasonable. They explained everything to me in detail. They explained what my options were as far as the repair and what to expect. They broke it down to me. They gave me an estimate in writing, which was important to me. There wasn't any pressure sales. They just told me what was going on and gave me the diagnosis. There was also a 10 year warranty which is really nice.
Description of Work: They updated my air conditioning unit. My unit in the back didn't match up with what was inside. It was older. The filter was eroded. There were other problems. They replaced the whole inside of my unit and upgraded it.

They were referred to me by my daughter. The company I usually use could not make it back here to help me. I called them and they sent somebody the next day, or the same day. They got it back up and running. We were having a heat wave and were suffering. They really did a great job by working me in. They were terrific. They came out right away and fixed the problem when nobody else could.

I really appreciated the time and effort Senergy's crew put into our new air conditioner. We bought our house and it never really got cold enough for this cali weather so with Owning an English bulldog air conditioning is a must. They came over at the time their dispatcher had stated and finished the job the same day everything was clean and the crew was so sweet and informative. They emailed me full details along with pictures and I even purchased a maintnece plan to keep my new system in tip top shape! I have already referred them to at least 3 of my friends! Thank you again for the great work and keep up the great work and service !

They did a repair & maintenance on my air conditioner the tech. explained how to get the most for our money and also installed a new digital touch screen thermostat! After that my clinic I work at needed a new mini split of course we called senergy and they was there the next day long story short they do maintenance for now lot only our house but for my veterinarians office as well! Would definitely recommend Senergy to anyone!

Anthony Torres is the worst AC contractor I have encountered!!! First he scheduled an appointment with us on 7/12/16 to come to replace our old AC units & furnaces via Sears Home Services. By 1 pm on 7/12/16, NO call or show up. I have to call Mr. Torres to find out what is going on. His comments were: "our service truck overheated and we cannot show up for your installation appointment. We need to reschedule to 7/20/16 for 9 am to 11 am appointment." On 7/20/16, he called us at 9 am. His comments were " our service truck overheated and is in shop today until this afternoon. I will call in the afternoon to install your AC's." By 3 pm, NO follow up CALL. NO show up. I called Mr. Torres. His reply was "our service truck is still in the shop. But our equipment truck can come over your house to drop your equipment if that's OK." Half and hour later, he showed up promptly and dumped two large boxes in my backyard and three boxes in the garage. His comments were "we can scheduled an installation of your equipments on 7/29/16 with a lot more guys coming to help." On 7/29/16, he showed up at our house with ONE helper at 10m. He removed my old but working AC condenser and removed my old but working furnace downstair while his partner inspected my furnace in our attic taking a video on his phone for evaluation. 2 hours later, Mr. Torres pulled me aside and stated that my furnace platform where my water heaters also reside had some water damage and should be replaced before installing the AC-furnace downstairs. I agreed and called my own general contractor who arrived in 1 hour to inspect. Mr. Torres also notified me that the coils for my upstair furnace is not compatible with the equipment available. His comments were: "you will need to replace the furnace platform and we need to go to the store find the proper coils for your upstair. I will contact in the afternoon to let you know the coils status." He and his helper left our place at noon on By 4 pm, NO CALL or show up. We had to call Mr. Torres to find what is going on. His comments: " the parts were not available in the first store, so I am at the second store finding out about the product and will call you later today to let you know the status". By 6 pm, NO CALL or show up. We called him multiple times. NO answer. The guy shut off his phone!!! I contacted Sears project manager and supervisor on multiple occasions on 7/20/16 and 7/29/16 to complain about the blatant lack of communication, lack of service, and total lack of customer service from Mr. Torres on this project. Sears supervisor promised us to remedy the situation when we returned from planned one week vacation to have the two AC and furnace unit installed definitely by 8/8/16. "The contractors will showed up between 9 am to 11 am on 8/8/16 guaranteed" While we were away, our own general contractor removed our old furnace platform and our old water heaters. He constructed a brand new furnace platform and got us two brand new water heaters installed in 3 days. When we arrived home, our home was hotter as heck with no downstairs AC. We had to get a hotel room for several days for our two little kids. ON 8/8/16 by 1pm, NO contractor...NO Mr. Torres. NO call. NO show up. What's the deal...We were on the phone for 6 hours with Sears supervisors and service managers. Nobody knew anything and nobody took any responsibility. I guess Sears must have hired and then fired Mr. Torres for his excellent customer service, great communication skills, and wonderful work ethics!!! Even today, We are still dealing with the incompetence of Sears customer services and subcontractors (Mr. Torres) in our attempt to terminate the contract and work order. Mr. Torres, whether you are subcontracting with Sears or not. I think the your communication skills, customer service, and work ethics are impecable....NOTTTTTTT!!! I would give Mr. Torres and his affiliated crew a minus one star if this review allows me.
Description of Work: Supposed to replace my two old but working AC and furnaces. Instead he only removed one of my AC and furnace units. He never came back to REPLACE the two units as scheduled. This was a SEARS job, We had no control of the ordering, Delivery and Design of this house. We we only hired to instal their system that was disordered and sold.
