Told the roofers to make sure it was level - wasn't done right - has a and quot;Swimmin Pooland quot; type depression on the flat roof - They should of ensured that it was level before they put the felt and tar on. Also they did not replace the light movement sensor that they got tar on - currently does not work. Can NOT recommend a company that won't followup and ensure customer sasitifaction.

Rand R roofing arrived at 7 Am on a Monday, removed all my asphalt tiles from the roof and then took it away. The next morning 7Am Rand R Roofing came back and installed 30 year asphalt tile on the garage roof, they also installed two attick vents on the garage roof. They then did patch up work on my house roof, installed new attick vents on the roof and re-enforced any areas of concern (ie loose tiles new metal stripping). Rand R Roofing did a wonderfull jop.
Description of Work: Raul Rocha (R&R Roofing) and his crew removed and replaced the tiles on my garage roof. They also did touch up work on my house roof and installed roof vents on both my house and garage.
