Mike The Plumber

Called Mike the Plumber and he showed up within an hour with an assistant. They dug down to the cover (2 1/2 feet down), diagnosed that the inlet didn't have sufficient room for floating paper debris, added an extension to the septic cover and cleared the drain clog, all within an hour of arrival and finished up at about 6:30 P.M. Glad to get that kind of friendly response on a Friday evening when it's BBQ time.

Mike's partner called beforehand twice to say he was running late on another job that had become a bigger issue than anticipated. I appreciate a courtesy call to notify of a delay and understand that everything doesn't always go like clockwork. The partner showed up on revised schedule (same afternoon as scheduled), performed the work, checked all the fittings to ensure no leaks. Also, cleaned out hair and sludge from the bathroom sink drain and trap (courtesy work). Everything's been fine with the installations. Mike has been providing service for me for the past 4 1/2 years. He's always professional, friendly, and thorough. I started using Mike when another pro plumber couldn't diagnose and correct a low-flow hot water problem I was having with a shower head. Mike was able to diagnose and correct the problem immediately (as soon as the necessary replacement part arrived). He has also serviced a previous issue with my drain to septic tank. Can't speak highly enough of Mike.

Excellent. Mike's assistant was a bit late due to unforeseen problems on another job but courteously called twice to update me on arrival time. Can't expect every job to go without a hitch so I understand a bit of tardiness when it comes to plumbing and HVAC jobs. Mike has provided other plumbing services for us and has always been professional and knowledgeable. While he was installing the new sink drain stopper, Mike's assistant also cleaned out the trap as nice courtesy.

I had Mike do a lot of work, clearing out all my drains, pumping out my septic tank, and putting in a new leech field. It made for a big project, but Mike and his guys did a great job, My property has a lot of landscaping, and despite a substantial amount of digging with heavy equipment to put in the leach field, they took care to work around everything, and did as little damage as possible. I really appreciated that extra effort. If you're looking for someone to do the job right, go the extra mile, and do it at a fair price, do yourself a favor and call Mike.

Mr. Reynolds recently completed some grading on the side of my home after a recent rain storm caused water to enter my home. He re-graded the ground down away from the house and out toward the front yard. There was some damage to the fence due to the tight quarters but he paid for the repairs out of his pocket and even went into my neighbor?s yard and replaced some bricks that had fallen down during the digging. He and his crew showed up daily worked hard, cleaned up at the end of each day and ultimately got the job done. I am satisfied with the final job and feel like it will go a long way in helping to solve my problem of water intrusion. He is a hard worker, a good person and a professional, thanks Mike.

He is really professional. He came out and did the service that was requested. The price was fine.

He came out immediately and had someone pump out the system so I could use the plumbing without the waste coming back into the house. He then gave me a very reasonable estimate (I checked around and he was very fair). I contracted with him to totally re-do the leach field, which started the process. He pulled the permits necessary and began digging out and re-doing the new field. He's a gentleman and completely reliable and honest.
