We called for an estimate to fix our irrigation system. He called the morn of our estimate and said he would be a little late.....2 hours later he finally shows up and we talk. We make a morning appt for another day for him to fix the system. He calls the day before to try to talk us into scheduling more work and my husband tells him no. Then...the next morning he AGAIN call to tell us he is going to be late, he has an issue with HIS irrigation system. We called him back after waiting for 3 1/2 hours with no contact and told him we were going to find someone else. So...I don t know how his work is,,,because he just couldn t find the time to get here to do any, which I found to be the rudest of all!

I have been in business in the Morongo basin since 1970. The (member name removed) have been very kind in reviewing me when they never had me do any work for them at all. Their job was to repair a broken irrigation valve which was never properly installed and I suggested to save them money in the long run to replace the whole irrigation valve manifold and they said no. I try to put myself in the customer's shoes and do the best for them as if I was doing it for myself. On my first free visit for an estimate I reviewed thier entire irrigation system and spent over and hour with them doing that at no cost to them either, which they forgot to mention to you. So I had issues of my own which I let them know about and as I was ready to go do thier repairs for them they called me and cancelled my services at which time I wished them well and thanked them for the call which saved me time, gas and labor. I also told the (member name removed) they owed me nothing and that if they ever needed my services in the future to feel free to call on me. I can not please everybody all of the time but I sure give it a good try - that is why I am still in Business some 43 years later on since 1970. I am Proud of Work and Landscaping Services to our folks up here in the Greater Morongo Basin and I thank all of my good Customers for many years of Good Work and Award Winning Landscaping.
