Description of Work: New seal coat and paving repair for my 20 unit apartment building. This job was done in 2007 and I have used them for other smaller jobs as well.

+ -1 moreThis work was part of overall capital improvements to refinance a 20 unit apartment building. The lender required a quality job, and Ficara Paving was very easy to work with. They were timely and competent and we were very pleased with the result. The company has been in business in the Morongo Basin for 30 years, and handles all scope of paving work.
Description of Work: Ficara Paving repaired my 20 unit apartment building parking lot and installed new overlay and striping. They were very professional and thourogh and left the parking lot looking new. I have used them with great results for smaller jobs, as well
