Mario showed up when he said he would. He is strong and agile enough to clean leaves from the valleys of a very steep roof on a two-story house; also cleared gutters and downspouts and one small flat roof of leaves. He carefully used a blower and a power washer set on low and disposed of all debris. He did an excellent job.

Mario was very nice, answered his phone timely, and showed up on time, but the work just wasn’t up to par. I can’t tell a difference, except in my wallet.

Mario was a delight to work with and did a superb job of power-washing not only a very stained, pine-sap-studded stucco house, but he also did a great job on the trellis, the garden walls and pavements. Oh, and he was very careful to protect the shrubs and succulent gardens! All this while putting up with my dog who watched and enjoyed snipping at the water.
