Description of Work: While we were away from home at a work site, the repairman used the key we left at the shop to check an intermittent problem with our washing machine. It refused to misbehave for him but he replaced the parts we had agreed upon and made a follow-up stop just to make sure everything would work for us when we returned. Motherlode Appliance understands the unique challenges of mountain living and is always willing to take that extra step to deliver excellent service.
