+ -1 moreDon't use them, they are too expensive, work was very poor, and there was no follow up by them to make good on their mistakes. There are better HVAC contractors out there that I know do better work.
Description of Work: In 2007 I had Chess Air replace the furnace and intensive duct work replace/repair. In 2009 I went into the attic to install more insulation. The blower came on and I found over 15 major leaks in the ducting system Chess Air was to have replaced/repaired. They actually used (non code) grey duct tape to seal the system which in not up to code. I had called them for an estimate for a new AC unit. They quoted me $7000 for an Amana 18 SEER system. Other contractors came in as low as $4500 for the same system. I then asked about all the leaks in the ducting and they said they had fired those 2 employees. I asked about the leaks. They said when I purchased a new AC unit from them they would repair the problems.
