From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly honest about the issue. He took the time to explain everything in simple terms, ensuring we understood what was happening and what needed to be done. Not only did he clear up the problem efficiently, but he also checked everything thoroughly to make sure we wouldn’t have any recurring issues. I had another plumbing company out to fix my clogged shower drain. After two weeks and a lot of money spent, they diagnosed it as a collapsed pipe and were going to have to jackhammer my floor and dig to fix it. I called Zoom Drain and they came out the next morning with the right equipment. They used a hydro jet with 3,000 psi and were able to unclog my pipe that was NOT broken but apparently just had a nasty clog due to scaling. I would HIGHLY recommend Zoom Drain to anyone needing a reliable, honest plumber. My guy was Johnny R.

Awesome. Johnny R. came out, got a call and text 30 minutes before arrival as promised (arrived 15 min early, and right at the start of the promised AM window), friendly and super courteous, professional, diagnosed the problem right away (tree root clogging drainage line to the street, backing up drains into the yard), ran power hoses from street to all drains, cleared the blockages, demonstrated wide open flow. Could not be happier; highest recommendation.

My plumbing emergency happened late on the eve of Thanksgiving. I had already called several "emergency" plumbing companies and none of them could provide service. When I called Zoom I ended up talking directly to Ian who was so upbeat he immediately made me feel less panicked. He assured me that he would come to my house once he finished his current job and he wasn't the least bit fazed that he would be arriving after midnight to make my house livable again. When he arrived he took a some time to assess the situation...he looked at all toilets and shower/tub areas and then got right to work. He took care of immediate needs and made recommendations to prevent a repeat situation. He was willing to do a few extra tasks while here that addressed his concerns for the future and he was pleasant and informative the entire time.

Very quick. Chris arrived less than one hour after we called to request service. Initially a small snake was used, which didn't work. A larger snake took care of the clog. And, they used a camera to confirm everything looked ok. The crew made sure to wear shoe covers and cleaned up after they finished. The price was reasonable.

I will certainly be using Zoom Drain again. Chris listened intently to what we'd experienced in the past, understood exactly what was required and then explained everything that he was going to do beforehand, answering all questions that I fired his way. Then the work was undertaken which was a jet washing of the line followed by a video recording of the results. To be fair, it took longer than we all expected but we've never had any maintenance on these 50 year old pipes. All in all, it took about an hour, maybe an hour and a half to get the pipe cleared. It was a little messy, but Chris immediately cleaned everything up and ensured that there was no trace of him being there after he left (other than the drain now no longer backs up!) The video was emailed to me, along with a recommendation and quote of having the pipes descaled: but this was a suggestion that was made in order to keep the pipes maintained, there was no pushy sales tactics to it (which I personally despise). All in all my experience with Zoom Drain was nothing less than 100% completely professional, with a sought after personal experience of the technicians that we encountered. Would absolutely use Zoom Drain again, without hesitation.

Johnny located the clog (it was not where I expected it to be) and cleared it completely. He ran snakes from two different locations to achieve success. He spent a lot of time following up the snakes with water flow tests to make sure the clog was completely gone and that drainage was unimpeded. He recommended some changes to the under-sink plumbing, which we will probably contact Zoom Drain to do at a later date. He also left us with a drain treatment chemical with instructions on how much and how often to apply it. He was very professional and pleasant. Very customer oriented.

I called Zoom Drain after my regular roto rooter company could not clear out kitchen sink drain. I would hire them again in a heart beat. Sean Hunt and his partner came the same day I called, on a Friday afternoon. They performed the hydro jet service and cleared a very bad drain. They were wonderful to work with, cleaned after they were done, and were covid compliant. They were very professional, and I love that I received emails confirming the appointment, including the name and picture of the technician. Definitely would use them again.

All went well. With the help of Sean the owner, Chris fit a pipe that wasn't there. The pipe reach a few feet short of the exit point but they managed to do with minimum damage to the yard and surroundings. Great job.

It all went much more quickly and efficiently than I had anticipated. I was asking around everywhere from plumbers to handyman about how to resolve our clogged drains. We had bought a new house and realized that all the backyard landscape drains were clogged. We wanted to clean them before the rains since water couldn't seem to get through. I contacted Zoom Drain and they sent Chris, who was courteous and knowledgeable. They came, gave an estimate and resolved the situation in just a few hours on the same day. I was agonized thinking I had to dig up broken drain pipes or cut down trees whose roots may have broken or blocked the pipes. At the end, the pipes were just blocked with 10yrs worth of mud and dirt which covered half the street in our cul-de-sac. Chris managed to unblock not just the pipes of years worth of crud, but he also checked into and freed up another garden drain which we didn't go over and he cleaned the street and terrace of all the dirt. Overall I think he went above and beyond. I am really happy with the service and the relief that the problem was resolved so easily and quickly.

Sean, from Zoom Drain, was able to clear the blockage using a hydro jet machine. It cleared the line of black sludge that had settled over the years, narrowing the diameter of the pipe. Sean also sent a camera down the pipe after clearing it just to make sure there were no other blockages. Our sink is draining easily now and I would recommend Zoom Drain to anyone with drainage issues. Their service was prompt and on time and Sean followed all the covid safey guidlines while working at our house. He also cleaned up and sanitized the whole area afterwards - definitely 5 star service.

it went great!! Both of the guys who came were very professional. He snaked down about 35 feet through the "fog" (schmutz). He also helped me hang a large picture I couldn't life!!

The crew did a thorough inspection and gave me options. Once I gave the ok the work was done quickly. Hopefully, problem solved.

I had a $60 special plumber come out and no luck on unclogging so I thought I'd call a company that specializes in Drain cleaning and glad I did. Paul Skibba analyzed the situation and suggested another snaking before going to expensive hydro jetting. After setting up and snaking 2 times he unplugged the clog. Cost was $149 but well worth it. Paul is a real professional.
