The refrigeration in one of the units went out. I called them and let them know that it went out. I asked for service to get this repaired. The first person I spoke with told me that they do not do that. I had previously had someone service my unit. I called back and got a different person and told them that the refrigeration unit had gone out- they asked for the model on the unit. We figured out which unit it was based on measurements. I gave my credit card over the phone for the repair. They said they would order the unit for repairs and to call them in about 3 or 4 days- I called the following week and gave my order number. They said they couldn't find the order number even though they had sent me an e-mail confirmation. I spoke with someone named Richard Moreno (VP of Marketing)- I gave him my order number and he sent me a 5 page e-mail to agree to and sign and I sent it back. After he received my contract, he said it would be another week. I called back after a week and they said they were trying to confirm I had a unit of theirs. I took pictures of the unit and the refrigeration unit and sent these to Richard. He said he got the pictures and he would be taking it to management. They were questioning whether or not I had one of their units. I called them on November 12th and asked what was going on. They put me on hold for about 8 minutes and Richard said they were STILL having trouble verifying it was their unit. They had already charged my credit card and received pictures of the unit. He said they would call me back. I never got a phone call and called them back November 13th- they told me again that they would schedule the service to have my unit repaired. I called and talked to Colton in Customer Service who told me that the unit was not ready to be installed. They are supposed to be coming out on November 18th to install the refrigeration unit and repair the wine cooler.
