Vacuum Depot Irvine Inc

My old vacuum just wasn't working - hardly any suction, hard to push around (it's suppose to be self-propelled) etc.  I have had both shoulder's replaced and was not suppose to be doing any heavy housework and pushing that vacuum around was way more effort than I could do.   I thought it was just old and I probably needed to inverst in a new one, but figured I'd give it one last chance and took it into Vacuum Depot.  The owner was just amazing.  He didn't try to sell me a new one - he said mine was good quality and that he could fix it.  I had my doubts but gave it a shot.  
I picked it up yesterday, used it today and it was awesome!!  Like a brand new vacuum.  I hardly had to lift a finger to push it around the house, it got everything, and I mean everything on the first sweep.  I had no idea how bad my vacuum had gotten until I took it to Vacuum Depot.  I'm thrilled - that's right - I'm thrilled to have my vacuum back.  And at a resonable price. And with no hard sell. And he gave me excellent advice about purchasing a new one if ever I needed one. And he was nice. I mean what "customer service" should be.  And yes,  I will be taking all my repairs and/or new purchases to Vacuum Depot.

Although Sean sells a fine line of vacuum cleaners, he assured me that I had a quality vacuum and to stick with it rather than try to see me a new one. I will be sticking with Vacuum depot and if I ever need a new van, you may rest assure that I shall buy it from him. Too bad other company's don't offer this high level of customer service. I highly recommend Vacuum Depot to anyone with a broken vacuum cleaner. You won't be disappointed!

When I called and spoke with Sean to make an appointment with him, he sounded so sincere over the
phone; he tried to reassure me that it could be a minor repair. That in
itself impressed me. I've dealt with many service providers - they
always like to prepare you for the worst because that's where the big
bucks are.
Sean came to my house on time; he had a friendly
personality, and he immediately went to work. Within a short period of
time he figured out the problem ( a leak in the system). He also brought
in his own vacuum cleaner to clean my filter! I asked him how long
would it take to repair the leak... he had already repaired it!

then went throughout the house and checked all the hose attachments in
the walls to be sure the suction was at its peak... and they were. He
then gave me some tips and advice on maintaining the system. What more
could I ask for? Great service, great price and an honest businessman. I
feel like I have a brand new system - my vacuum never worked so well!

PS The reason I did not include the price was that I paid a co-pay on my home warranty service.
