Excellent locksmith! Excellent service! This was the second time I have used Jacob's service. On both occasions he arrived on time, was professional, organized, methodical, and got the job done quickly, accurately. If you engage him, you will discover a genuinely nice person too.

Jacob came to my home 10 minutes earlier than the time he scheduled the night before. He was very professional, friendly, and respectful (removed his shoes without my having to ask him). The jammed lock on my French door was not easy to remove but he was able to do so with no damage to the door. I was very pleased with the efficiency of his work and would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends for their locksmith needs.

This went very well! Jacob had me send pictures of the door in advance so he knew what to bring. He was on time and was very exacting in making sure the job was done well. Even when I would have been satisfied he kept tweaking until he was pleased. He is a very pleasant and nice person to deal with, he charged me a fair price, and I would definitely call him again.

Have used Jacob twice now; once for a minor repair to a door that wasn't latching properly and another to rekey a large house. In both cases, Jacob was very prompt, curteous, and professional, and did the job in excellent time and with excellent rates. I'm very pleased with Jacob's service and will use him again the future.

Okay. Cost was more than expected, but it's standard practice out there.

He came 30 minutes after my call, and started working right after arrival, in less than half hour he was done and the lock working perfectly.

The service provider came on time and inspected the faulty lock and also looked at the replacement lock I had bought from Home Depot. We could not use the new lock since the hole configuration was different. He offered to rekey the lock. He rekeyed two locks and also offered to set up a Keypad for the garage. I got the keypad installed and a garage remote programmed. He was not able to program the remote for our complex gate - so I had to return the garage remote back. He credited me the amount he had charged for the garage remote. Overall good service.

Very pleased with this service. Did not charge extra for second visit to repair balcony door locks.

We called Jacob on a Friday and asked if he could come out to a house we are moving into over the weekend; he said 5:00 the next day (Saturday) was available, so we schedule him. Jacob called me on my cell phone around 3:45 Saturday afternoon and said he could be at the house in around 30 minutes if that was convenient for us, which it was...he showed up around 4:15 and went straight to work changing the locks and cutting keys. We had a discount voucher as well as an Angie's List deal for 7% off, which he initially said couldn't be combined...but when he wrote up the invoice, he went ahead and applied both, based on the amount of work we had done. Very responsive, fast, and reasonable rates...I can recommend him highly.
