Very well. They were fast, professional and left the area the spa was removed from spotless. Luckily they were able to wheel the spa out on a dolly and did not have to cut it up.

Spa removers did a great job removing my spa, conduit and electrical connections. However my issue with them is that they said that they work with a company who can fill in and repair the hole left in my cement deck. Spa removers took all the measurements and said that they'll send me a quote within 3 days. After a week, I followed up with spa removers multiple times asking about the quote and I couldn't get them to take the time of day to acknowledge me. Bottomline, if you need your spa removed along with the electric and associated equipment they did a great job, but don't count on anything else they may promise.

Process was simple. Scheduled the removal, they confirmed prior few days ahead of time, called the morning of to let me know they were on their way. Done in about 30 minutes, and cleaned up before they left.

Estimate was obtained via phone. They asked that I send a couple of pictures of the location of the spa relative to where the gates are. Early in the morning on the day the spa was to be removed, I received a call to let me know they were on their way. They arrived exactly on time and the job only took about 30-40 minutes. They were very efficient and cleaned up everything. I was very impressed!

This morning I got locked out of my house into my garden. The sliding glass door into my house would not budge open. I was on my deck, dog barking inside, no one anywhere in sight. Then I saw sparemovers.com van across the street - and I yelled "help" and Lando Fehrenbach came running. it took a lot of effort on his part - first searching without luck for my hidden key under ivy bushes in front and then vaulting over a six foot fence to try shoving the door, and finally getting his ladder, donning shoe protective booties, climbing into an open front window, avoiding my frantically barking dog, and letting me back in. I do not have a spa, but if I know anyone who does, I would give this business, and this business owner the highest rating possible. Courteous, and truly helpful. Lando belongs on the top of the list of "kindness of strangers."

Spa removers are very friendly and communicative, Anne and Lando were both great and easy to work with. I was given a firm quote up front and the crew arrived on time and removed the deck in short shift. My only disappointment is that they couldn't remove the concrete footings and posts (18 of) and so my hopes that removing the deck would give me back my yard were not realized from the deck removal service. The quote said it would be an additional $20 per post, but it ended up that they could not be removed. In speaking with concrete removal vendors, a deck like this "should" have 12-18 inch deep concrete footings, and so ideally, had I known up front that these could not be removed by Spa Removers, I may have gone a different and less expensive direction as the concrete removal is now likely to cost more than the deck removal itself and I may have spent less money with a company that could have done both. I do appreciate that Lando tried hard to see if they could be removed, hence my rating, I'm just disappointed that my yard is no more safe or accessible after the removal as that was my goal. Alie

It was an amazing experience. After months of trying to give my spa away, a friend of mine found Spa Removers on Angie's List. I emailed an inquiry and received a response in less than 24 hours with a price I thought was reasonable. They worked with my crazy schedule and were able to perform the removal this past weekend. They estimated an hour for the removal but they were in and out within about 30 minutes leaving the space in pristine condition. Lando and his team were fast, efficient and very polite. I will happily recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

This was an absolutely wonderful offer. They were in contact with me by email and text and phone EVERY step of the way. Within minutes of buying the deal, I was contacted by Spa Removers to explain everything they would do. I was given a quote based upon my description of the spa and a photograph I sent them. I was told all exceptions, including additional charges IF the spa had to be cut into more than 2 parts for removal and if I did not have sufficient parking area for their trailer. All arrangements were made via email. The kept me informed every step of the way. As I told them, I can deal with ANY and all changes as long as I am informed and they certainly did that. They worked round my schedule and even came late in the day because it stays light later. They called 1/2 hou before their arrival, as they told me they would. They came, looked at the spa, told me what they were going to do. They disconnected the spa from electricity and removed the motor and other connections. They cut the spa in 2 parts, hauled it to their trailer. They removed the electrical wires and conduit between the spa and the circuit box. They even put a plug in the bottom of the circuit box where the wire used to go inside. They then swept the porch area, After that they used a power jet hose to wash down the area and remove all dust created from the cutting of the spa as well as dirt and dust from where the spa was previously located. They did not mar or harm any part of the railing or deck or lawn or plants or gates or anything. They were courteous, gracious, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them and would use them again if I ever needed it!!!!

If only every firm doing business could be like Spa Removers! From the thorough and professional email communication with the office in scheduling and planning the work, through to the removal of the spa - everything went perfectly. I almost wish I had another old spa for them to remove just so I could be reminded of how a business should operate. Very highly recommended.

Lando and the crew were professional, punctual, and did a thorough job. They took out a large rotting deck and gazebo, removed our spa, and cleaned the concrete underneath in record time. Our original quote from Lando for the entire job was for $3600, but since the job turned out to be quicker and less complicated than he had thought, he charged us $2600. Ordinarily, you hear the opposite ("this is going to cost more than I thought!") and but rarely does anyone revise down and say "this is going to cost less than I thought." An honest businessman, what can I say? On that alone, I'd recommend them, but the work they did was also excellent. They were concerned about leaving the job site clean and safe for our kids, too, which I appreciate.

Impressive operation! They removed our spa in just a little over and hour. Ours had to be jacked up first then they simply cut it in half. No damage to our property, they moved these out very carefully using moving rollers. Cleanup was included, happy with this. Also kudos to their phone contact personnel, they will follow through and send you text messages. BEST!

This company was outstanding, from my first encounter getting an estimate, to the removal of the Jacuzzi. Very friendly and efficient office staff. The guys called 30 minutes before arrival and efficiently removed our eyesore of a Jacuzzi from the backyard. They too were very friendly. I couldn't believe how quickly they had it on their truck. Excellent, professional and efficient!

Great. They showed up on time, explained exactly what they were going to do and did it promptly. Pressure washed my brick patio til it was clean and neat. Left absolutely no mess. Would recommend them to anyone. So happy to finally have that behemoth hauled away!

Lando showed up on time for our appointment, was through in discussing what would happen and how, and gave me a quote. On the appointed day he and two helpers showed up on time and had the entire thing torn down, loaded up, and the site clean in under two hours... They were polite, professional and did everything that could be expected of them. What more could you ask for. I would definitely use him again. Upon making an appointment about two weeks before, I was helped by Lando. I described the spa I had and he gave me a complete description of what it would take to remove and what it would cost. He quoted the cost to be $525.oo for complete removal of the spa, the removal of the pumps and heating equipment. He was extremely helpful to me, very professional and friendly. I made the appointment. He called the day before to confirm time of arrival and also had sent an email reminder. He called about forty minutes before arrival the day of the service. He arrived with two other men and a truck with an ample and CLEAN looking trailer. They made fast work of the removal and were careful not to damage the surrounding planter. They capped off the gas connection and the electrical service to the spa. He offered good advise about the future use of the gas and electric lines and even suggested calling our home insurance to let them know the spa was removed (might lower liability costs). They even cut up and removed the large 2-part fiberglass cover. They finished in less than an hour. They cleaned up around where the spa was removed and across the backyard where all the equipment was. Lando took $25.00 off the bill because they used less cutting blades as usual. Total bill was $500.00 for removal of spa and equipment, cap off of gas and electric, hauled away everything and completely cleaned up all areas of work. These guys are very good. I don't write reviews, but this company was so good...I HAD TO! And their web site answers all questions.

lando thoroughly explained what he was going to do and then did it. he was prompt, professional and left my patio looking better than it did before he came. within minutes his assistants had removed the spa, then power washed the patio while lando took care of the electrical box and made it child proof. excellent worksmanship.

Every time i had any interaction with this company I was in awe of how they treated me. From the original quote to scheduling with Anne to the actual removal of the spa. I had a ton of questions and Anne was so gracious to respond to all of the even after hours. I was a little hesitant to have them remove my spa when I wasn't home but it turned out to be just great. Lando even took a picture after it was done and texted it to me! Who does that!??! I can't say enough great things about this company thank you so much for the honest work you do. Its so wonderful to go out to my back yard and not see that unsightly spa.

Went very smooth. These guys are pros. The job took less than an hour and they left the area in much better shape than when they arrived. Overall, extremely pleased with the job!

Show up on time, removed SPA in about 1 hr, power washed area, provided electrical wiring details I did not know since I am a new owner, advised on removing and capping leftover wires, and did the work. Friendly service, definitely worth every dime.
