Receptionists and sales staff that actually call you back and try to get in touch with you is a rare thing in this day of overwhelmed housing remodels and construction. 5 stars just for that. The sales consultant showed up (early) and had a quote built quickly. Again, surprisingly they had an installation technician available for the installation the same afternoon. He was professional and pleasant. Warranty and purchase documentation was emailed as promised immediately after the installation. On a side note but not inconsequential, my detached unfinished/uninsulated garage is MUCH cooler on sunny days with the exhaust fan.
