Slab Leaks Plus Leak Detection Specialist

It seems that this company has really turned things around from previous reviews some years ago. At least per my experience with them seemed to be very different-in a good way. I was already working with them when I read these past reviews and it made me a bit nervous that I was going to regret doing business with them. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was tip top and put back to the way it was before the water damage. They finished quickly and didn't leave a mess-which is a biggie for me. I hardly even noticed they were there and this was a pretty big job that they did. I would say that it is safe to say they are most def worth doing business with and that they have really gotten their -u know what-together....I dated a guy who was a leak detection specialist and he also specialized in slab leaks water damage that is not an easy job it's hard work and can be stressful especially when u are in charge of other contractors who do different parts of the job. My point is that it's not easy work and I was really impressed with how easy these guys made this big job look. Great job u guys!! I don't do a ton of reviews but I wanted to give my positive feedback in hopes that it helps someone out in such a stressful time. Good luck to anyone who goes through a water damage nightmare like I just did if u go with these guys u will be in good hands. Cheers!!

NON COVID COMPLIANT! unprofessional, 2 week job took 7 weeks. Broke the feet off our stove now my stove rest on a piece of wood.. cut dishwasher line, he took line from another clients dishwasher because their line was long. Broke 3 bathroom faucets. We had to pay out of our own pocket for new faucets. Scott the owner never disclosed the damage he caused to our cabinets when he was repairing the kickboards. Corner was broken off and glued back on without informing us. Bottom of cabinets were chipped and now we have to try and repair them. They would get here late on some days and then stay late in evening not taking our schedules into consideration. If you have young children be aware that the language used by Scott is sometimes inappropriate. This is just some of the stuff that went wrong. The cabinet damage that was not disclosed to us was the cherry on top and why I decided to post a review.

They discovered the location of the leak in the hot water return line and capped the return line, making only one small hole in bathroom drywall. The pump is now turned off and the hot water system now works without the circulating feature.
