Simpex Repipe & Plumbing repiped our 1955 home as we were still using the original steel galvanized pipes that were 66 years old! Dante, their sales manager, was great. I had a million questions and he took the time to answer all of them and gave us our quote right away. Tanya, in the main office, was super communicative throughout the whole process and let us know what to expect and how to prepare. The repipe and patch teams were so nice, courteous, and clean. They ran a new copper line all the way to the meter, replaced our water heater, and repiped the entire house with PEX water lines. These guys are so fast. They started around 8:30am and were done by 4:00pm that same day! The patch team showed up the next day and beautifully patched up all the dry wall inside, and the stucco outside. Once we repaint it, you won't even know they were here. I would highly recommend them for your repipe and plumbing needs.

Trevor, came to my house to investigate a leak that was destroying my kitchen and living room area. He was able to quickly assess where the leak was coming from and immediately resolve the issue. I hired Simpex to repipe my home. They did the repipe on the first day. On the second day, their patchwork foreman decided to break my screen window then lie about how it got broken even though I had seen him break it. Luckily, I took a picture of the screen before the patchwork team arrived and after they left. The pictures say it all. I was even standing behind one of their employees who put his filthy boot on my nook to gain leverage to put my smoke detector back instead of just using a ladder. AVOID Simpex and go with anyone else. Very unprofessional. The fact that they attempted to defend the criminal act of vandalism even though I had the evidence just demonstrates how amateurish this company is. BEWARE of Simpex and keep your home cameras focused on them the entire time because I guarantee you'll find something criminal being done to your home. The patchwork team even arrived very late and required a call to the office just to get their attention. Now I will have to get the work verified, take inventory of my property to ensure they didn't steal anything and get the property THEY DAMAGED fixed. AVOID SIMPEX. What really made me even angrier was that after I saw him break the window screen, I immediately went downstairs and confronted him by asking him what happened to it just to see if he would be honest and own up to it. Of course the foreman LIED to my face. The foreman actually had the nerve to lie about it and tell me that it flew off the house and got damaged. I guess the foreman isn't aware that cameras are everywhere and that my bedroom window was right above where this happened. Like I said, amateur and unprofessional. If their foreman can commit a criminal act and lie about it, that should speak volumes about the company as a whole.

The plumber arrived at the job without the necessary tools to complete the job. He started the job on Friday and left the toilet open for three days until he returned to finish the job on Monday. He broke a valve in the bathroom and flooded the bathroom. He was not able to remove the plaster from the pipe and so within two weeks a second plumbing company was called they were able to do the job. When the owner of Simpex plumbing heard about the problems he refused to do anything. I know problems can occur on a job but when you have an owner who refuses to listen to justified complaints this is just unacceptable. I know there are good plumbers who work for this company but the owner should never be trusted.

Excellent job was done. Trevor provided us with several options to repair the pipes in the backyard. We finally decided to cap the line. He also tracked down a leak from our bathroom tub that was leaking into the ceiling in our downstairs laundry room.

Everything about this repiping experience was impressive. Brian was professional, knowledgable, and helpful during our consultation. His quote for a whole house Pex repipe AND drain replacement was less than competitors' quotes that did not include drains! He even included installation of new shower fixtures and moving a kitchen sink. The office staff worked with us to answer all of our questions and to reschedule our appointment when we realized the new sink we ordered would not arrive on time. Jessica in the office is the nicest person I've ever talked to on the phone. She helped me to feel confident and relaxed about the whole process. Marco and his team arrived on time, repiped everything in one day, and had the water back on by dinner! They prepped the house well and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves before leaving. They carefully emptied a closet I had forgotten to clear and protected our belongings. The next day Nicolas's patching crew was equally focused and thorough. Both the drywall and stucco patching are indistinguishable from the walls. After they left we noticed a tiny drip from a valve under the new kitchen sink. I called the office and Marco came out within hours and replaced the faulty valve in minutes. Then we realized we were losing hot water and we thought maybe our old water heater was shot. But we gave Simpex a call and Brian came over himself on a Sunday afternoon, lit our temperamental pilot light and made sure everything was working again. I appreciate the peace of mind from knowing all of the pipes and drains in our house are under warranty with a company as trustworthy as Simpex. We definitely recommend them to anyone repiping!

The company president, Brian Udo came to my home and did a job walk thru with me. He explained everything that would take place and gave me a written estimate. In the end, that was the price. No hidden fees. Day one of the job about eight guys showed up at 8:15am on time as scheduled. They spent about 1-2 hours doing prep work and then blocked in the water to my home. By 3pm the water was back in service and they were done with the re-pipe part of the job. FYI, my house is a two story 2 1/2 bath home. Day two about 5 guys showed up on time as scheduled to to the patching. They started about 8:30am and finished about 5pm. The patching is so good I can't even tell where the holes were. WOW! All of the guys from the repipe team and the patching team were very nice and polite. As it turned out I had an issue with my upstairs toilet that was unrelated to the repipe, but Simpex sent put their plumber to look it over. It was a leaking gasket between the toilet tank and bowl. The plumber, Trever (great guy) replaced the gasket for a very fair $108.00 and I was back in business. During the whole project I was in contact with Jessica at their office and she was absolutely terrific. Always kept me up to speed on everything. Great company with great people. Highly recommend them

It went great!

Like many homeowners in S. Orange County, we’ve been plagued with constant pinhole leaks. I’ve heard of whole house repiping but had envisions of tearing our house up to complete the process and quite frankly didn’t want to deal with the hassle. Brian was incredibly helpful putting my mind at ease by thoroughly walking me through the entire process. His crew showed up promptly on our scheduled date and finished the entire repipe in a single day!! The drywall repair crew came the following day and finished that up in a day. The entire project only took 2 days, I was shocked. The attention to detail and cleanliness was absolutely top notch. After 2 days you’d never know they were even there! it went smooth. i called other plumbing companies with over rated prices. I reached out to simpex and they are very professional, on time and very careful with their repipe procedure. Their drywall patchers work miracles. i can't even tell that much walls were cut after the patch. no leaks and all works perfectly up to date. keep up the excellent work guys !
